This headset is good but there is a slight buzzing noise no matter what I use I got the app and everything.

The mic is too low. Other than that they’re alright.

It's overall a good headset... The problem is that it's microphone is mediocre, and that when you're at low battery, it makes a noise (This isn't the problem) But it will sometimes make this noise randomly, even when it's almost fully charged. This can cause over-charging, which not only reduces the life-time of the headset, but can cause the headset to cut out, and microphone to not work for brief periods of time, until it's gotten the excess energy out of it's system.

Writing this review after 5 months of use. The biggest waste of money literally ever. I have a new headset on the way as I write this. The first thing I noticed is that unless you have a large head, these will slide right off of you. I don’t have a very small head, maybe average/a little small, and the tightest these go still is SUPER loose, and it allows them to slide around so bad that if I look down they fall off. I should’ve returned them as soon as I got them but I didn’t. Big mistake and I regret a lot. Next issue that is REALLY a problem is these pick up my breathing really bad. No matter how I’ve changed my settings, people on Discord are always telling me they can hear me breathing, no matter how far the mic is from my face. It’s so annoying and something I shouldn’t have to deal with and I’m surprised I didn’t buy a new headset sooner. Lastly, the durability sucks. I’m really careful with these, especially since they were so expensive. But about a week ago (5 months after purchase) the mic arm is no longer adjustable and falls completely down no matter where I put it. Again. Big Waste of my money. There’s so many other headsets you can get at a lower price that are so much better than these. I hate these so much, I’m not even saving them as a back up when my new pair comes in.

I got this headset yesterday and when i got home and set it up it did not have great sound quality ie very very quiet so i did some research and another person had same problem it is significantly quieter on ps5 than on pc. I could barely hear out of it. So just writing this to hopefully save someone elses time and money.

Headphones that is worth buying. Good sound quality, Microphone soind is clear.

I bought these to replace my Razer man o wars after one of the ear pieces broke off. I was VERY disappointed. Played star citizen and everything sounded completely muffled. Messed with the eq a bit and could not get rid of the muffled sound tried overwatch, same thing. I'm going back to Razer. I really wanted to make the switch to corsair, but I'm sticking with Razer

Works good and sounds good. I reccomend this product to all gamers

I just bought these two days ago and the sound okay but the microphone does not work very well. My friends are constantly asking me to repeat myself the only way they can hear me is if I'm talking really really loud. I googled this situation and it seemed that many others have had this issue

So, I bought this headphones like a 2 years ago. And I stopped using them after 3 months ... because mic really have a worst quality. I don't know if it's made of rubber or plastic but after 3 months the microphone just ... fell off))) So, then I decided to buy a new one. Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless... It's was the biggest mistake in my life. Sound horrible. The feeling of hissing when you playing WoW and using healers abilities or when water pouring. Yesterday left headphone just... fell off) It looks like it has been spinning over time and at the end just fell off. I have a corsair's keyboard now for a 6 months I think. Will see how it's works. By the way, sorry for my English.

Mic doesn’t even work and neither does the volume, I have to change the volume through the tv because the headset won’t let me change it.

Owned them for 2 months and then they started turning off randomly, today while in class they died completely and now I have to drive to best buy to spend another 100 dollars on a different headset.

My wife and I bought this headset. First three months this worked great. Than after updates ive started to realize the headset would lose connection when I was sitting right by my computer. It would beep constantly like it was going to die but the battery is sitting at 96-100 percent. Constantly cutting in and out of audio. Highly dont recommend.

Choppy sound quality, not very versatile on editing audio mix on the fly

Had to raise mic volume almost all the way up for decent hearing. Didn’t fit me either, felt loose. Had very cool features but won’t be using it.

There was no sound and my pc said they were connected. When troubleshooting I could also hear the beep that the troubleshooter plays for you. I found a solution online that said to hold down the button next to the led indicator on the doggle but when I pushed it down it was already flat as if it was broken. I also should say I connected the USB to the pc using a USB-c type adapter because my pc doesn't have any regular USB ports. I was very disappointed that I will have no choice but to return them.

This headset works well, except it always turns off on its own, at random. I have adjusted the auto-off feature and made sure nothing else was causing it. It isn't related to battery strength or signal strength. Sometimes it will turn off, you'll turn it on, then it turns itself back off. It's very strange. If you don't mind this inconvenience, it's a nice product.

Headset cuts out and nobody can hear what I’m saying such a piece of junk don’t waste your money tried to return it but can’t find my receipt can’t believe I paid 100$ for something that doesn’t work right out the box

The microphone on this thing barely picks up my voice despite the microphone volume being set to 100% in both Windows and Discord. Don't waste your money if you want your friends to actually be able to hear you. Wasted an hour troubleshooting this that I'm never getting back.
