had a bit of a problem initially getting them fully charged,it says to fully charge them before use so i plugged them into a usb port on my surge protector and after an entire day they still weren't charged(according to the built in led).just plug the dongle into your pc and install them then plug into pc usb(3,0)...no complaints after that tho and the 7.1 audio sounds awesome,would definetly reccomend

Had the wired version, these are much better Quality and more comfortable .

Great headset for pc and ps5. Very comfortable and also good sound

Works great with PC/MAC but doesn't work with PS5 like I thought it would. No volume control with the knob on the headset when using with PS5. Also, the volume is extremely low when using with the PS5. Even with the volume turned all the way up within the PS5 UI, this headset has laughably low volume. Not sure why this headset is even advertised as a PS5 headset when all of the customization and controls aren't accessible unless you are on your MAC/PC. The headset is extremely comfortable though. Going to return this headset and find a new one that works with PS5 completely.

After using these for a while I'm getting crackling and some connection issues. overall, they are fantastic if you keep them charged up. the sound quality is great!

I have had this item for the past month or two. It has preformed very well. The sound is great and the fit and finish makes it very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It also does a good job of filtering out any sort of background noise. All and all a solid purchase and I would recommend this product to anyone based of the value you get from the product. The only complaint I would have is the battery life is not that great. I have found it only last about 6 hours from a full charge and it takes a long time fully charge the battery. For this reason I mainly use the headset plugged into my computer and constantly charging. It's nice to be able to disconnect and walk into other parts of my home, but the range is not that great. There is a good chance the connection will be lost. I'll probably find more use for the wireless feature as a headset to use with my VR headset.

Excellent sound quality and the fact that the mic doesn't work unless you actually pull it down on the headset, no need to mute or unmute yourself on the actual console/PC.

I would give this headset 5 stars only if you could charge the headset while using it at the same time. Also if using this for a PlayStation 4, you can not turn off the rgb colors on the sides which leads to it dying faster. Above all else great headset if you don't want to spend more than a 100.
