Good sound quality and easy enough to use. Added software works as intended. Range is great with no issues. Only problem I’ve had from the beginning is that it never lights up green when fully charged. Very inconvenient when the instructions say to not over charge it. Seems like a flaw that could shorten the life drastically.

Try letting the headset die once to 0%, then charge them once back up to 100%, that may help as the reset you need for that issue. Otherwise, do contact us directly at any time right under: support.corsair.com

Good Headphones

I like how convenient it is having the mic arm as well, but we'll see how long it lasts before it dies. The customization options for lighting are nice too.

Avarage but dependable headsets

The sound is good but not great, don't expect phenomenal sounds. Connection is 5/5, no issues there compared to some of my other headphones/headsets. Here, you are really buying an avarage sounding headset which is dependable. I wish it were cheaper though. but then again its corsair.
