The headset is very comfortable and the sound is good. The only thing I dont like is the battery. After 2hours of of use the battery would be around 50% and it no longer indicates when its fully charged. Overall it's okay. If I could return it I would go with a different headset.

I don’t know what to look for but he wanted it and bought it and uses it every day. I wish there was a way to take off and replace the foam around the ears.

The wireless functionality reaches really far so it never get disconnected inside of the house. Very satisfied with this headset and highly recommend!

I have a host of them and its really easy to set up profiles for all of them. This model does seem to cut out on occassion and I'm not sure why. I've done all of the troubleshooting and the sound keeps cutting out. It doesn't matter if I'm on wireless or wired.

Can take or leave the color-changing logo however--my hair covers it anyway. Love not having to be being wired up!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perhaps I might just have a taste for different sound drivers, but I have a set of the old Corsair Voids from 2015, and have tried to give these a try under the impression that they would be "improved." Quite honestly, rather than being improved, I have a feeling that Corsair instead cheaped out on materials for their line of headsets. The headphone drivers sound more dull than usual, and the microphone does not sound as great as I remember

Sorry to hear, you should be getting great sound still from the Void Elite Wireless version. You may want to adjust the EQ in iCUE to get the sound to where you'd like it. You can also adjust the microphone so that's it's closer to your mouth for better vocal pickup. If you'd like assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team: support.corsair.com
