I purchased this phone for a wall phone in my kitchen. I don't want to give up my landline. I liked the large buttons. It is a good quality too.

This is a very good and basic land line phone. The large buttons are great for senior citizens.

I love the big buttons. The volume control is easily accessible. Cortelco Itt-2400 is a winner!!

This phone is for my 91 year old mother & seems to work well for her. I never received notification that the product had arrived at the store. When I finally figured out that it had arrived the in store (after seven days) the pick up expirence was less than desirable. Where has all the customer service gone?

Great phone. Easy to use. Love it . I would recommend it anyone who has trouble dialing from a regular phone.

the big buttons and large numbers made it easier for someone sight impaired to use the phone.

The handset volume to very low and there is no speaker phone.

I purchased this phone for my 85 year old mother. I programed the top three speed dial buttons so she can just look at the picture and push. No need to dial the entire number to her most frequently called people.

Phone works well. Was purchased for my elderly parents and they love it because they can turn the volume up even with using their hearing aids! It looks great and replaced an old dial phone from the 1950's.

I love the three top speed dial buttons allowing you to place pictures over the keys. This is wonderful for the elderly or disabled when they need to contact someone & they can't recall numbers.
