Its ok just the handle short and when holding it to shoykder it sliped

I bought this phone for my hard of hearing mother in hopes that she would be able to hear it ringing. It doesn't work any better than other phones. I thought I was buying a phone for the hearing impaired, but this wasn't the case.

Quick delivery. Phone is easy to use and hook up.

Terrible quality. Voice cracks and pops so much, it's virtually impossible to use this device for a conversation.

Defective. Dial Tone Problem. Sometimes you get a dial tone when you pick up receiver but many times you do not.

I want asy touch but the keys make rattling cheaply made noises. The phone ring sound is so low can barely hear it.

Cortelco - Itt-2400 ez Touch Corded Phone - White. I purchased this phone today from Best Buy. My critique is not about the product, which I haven't tried yet; it's about Best Buy. The product arrived clearly used (nasty grime and makeup all over the phone). I expect this when I buy items from Ebay (even if marked NIB), but not from Best Buy.

My mom's sight is getting close to blind. Trying to use the phone was extremely frustrating for her until I found this phone on line. It's great because she can feel up to the top of the phone and press the 1st key to call my brother who lives close by. I made the first two keys his home phone and cell phone and the 3rd "911". Then I put the rest of the kids in order of family position "memo + 1" There's 10 2-touch memory numbers. For our purposes, Black numbers would have been easier for Mom to see. I went over numbers with a black marking pen. The "memo" key is smaller and in the second position ... to make that a little easier to see, I used a red marker to color the key. My mom is delighted that she can now call out. I highly recommend this phone. Easy to use, easy to program, good quality. I think they should stock it in the stores.

Not what I expected. Very flimsy and poor quality.

This phone stop working after 3 weeks. Never again so don't buy this phone.

I bought this phone for my 85 year old Mother the large buttons are awesome, sound quality great she is very happy with the phone. great job guys I totally say Buy this Phone either for yourself or some one Older landline phones to me are still the best, because if you have a power outage you still have a phone to use.

Good as a back up phone. The particular value to me are the big keys and numbers that make it easy to dial. The automatic dialing is also very convenient

I am pleased with my first order online from Best Buy. My mother is legally blind in one eye and very compromised in the other... This phone, with large buttons, helps her a great deal. Also, the ability to store my phone number and others of interest have been helpful in case she forgets my number. She can press "memo" and the number (1), for me, with ease and we are connected. Thank you Best Buy for this tool for my diabetic mother.

My mother is in a nursing home and has bad vision. She needed this phone to make frequent calls to the same few numbers using the one-touch buttons. It also has an additional 10-number memory. The handset coil cord is short, so I got her a 25' white coil handset cord to match the phone. It works perfectly, however the phones' item description on Wal-marts site indicates white. The box says Sandstone (off white, more of a tan) and it is Sandstone color. Good features - variable handset volume on the base, tone/pulse, ringer high/low/off. The ringer is a very reasonable volume on the low setting. The red indicator light on the base flashes when the phone rings. The handset is very light so one may be able to be on the phone for a while without getting tired of holding the phone. It has a wall mount attachment and also sits on a desk quite well. The good quality rubber feet on the base do keep the base from sliding around.
