Great game and I wish I remembered the original more vividly to give a better review. Overall a great origin story. I am a genuine hater of the remake I will admit it. The Ps1 version of the game says on the back "quite possibly the greatest game ever made" and I do believe that, it is excellent. So why change that? Either or chrisis core gives has a lot of great content weather you like the batlle system etc. or not. If you have a psp I would recomend playing the og just like og FFVII. Then play the remakes / remasters and dcide for yourselves.

It's almost a 1 to 1 remake of the original game on psp. The updated visuals help it ease into current generation. Voice actor is a little cheesy but he grows on you.

After the Crisis Core movie, Square Enix decided to introduce this game on the PSP. Fast forward, beloved Final Fantasy 7 fans get a chance get to play this before Rebirth comes out. All I can say is out of every Final Fantasy games, only Final Fantasy 7 has made an impact to every JRPG fans.

This is a great remaster of the original PSP version of the game. Don't expect any new gameplay or content. It's for fans who want to enjoy the original and explore a side story of the FF7 world. Game plays really quick and short since it had portability in mind (meaning side quests and chapter progressions can be finished within minutes to half an hour).

Great gameplay and soundtrack with a touching story. It’s bizarre at times but comes together nicely in the end. Side missions are also quick and to the point though there are a bit too many. Overall, a good time.

It's exactly what the original was, just updated. If you played and enjoyed the original, you won't be disappointed. If you didn't play it on PSP and want to experience it, this is a great buy. Nothing new, no surprises.

The game was fun and had a great story. Being able to play it on next gen consoles made the experience a lot faster and smoother. This was my first time playing crisis core and it was a good time. Had fun playing it now when i couldnt afford a psp back in the day.

This game not only lives up to the original PSP release, but exceeds it and makes the experience so much more crisp and enjoyable. I recommend this to any final fantasy fan, who enjoys melding abilities, to create unique abilities to overcome the enemies.
