It's fast and nice

The laptop didn't take to it at first but once I updated the BIOS on it. Then it worked fantastically. Check the PC specs before you buy.

Apple should be ashamed for selling this configuration in 2021. But for $60, I was able to turn it into a screamer. From power button to login screen, it took 24 seconds after the upgrade

The instructions for installing the driver for the SSD don't seem quite up to date though, at least not my version of windows 10

New Life to Old Laptop

Crucial free software to copy old drive worked like a charm. Gave new life to older laptop and now it boots in a matter of seconds instead of minutes. Always recommend the largest capacity drive you can afford and this 1 TB is the sweet spot.

Great for speeding up old PC's

The speed of this drive is much faster than any old spinning disk drives, and the operation is silent. Using these is a inexpensive way to extend the useful life of an old PC.

Rejuvenated old laptop

Also comes with Acronis disk cloning software which is very good. For my laptop this was the only possible upgrade.

Good hard drive for the price!

It's a good deal for the amount of memory and it also loads things faster than my old HDD. I built another computer this month and installed this drive into it. So far it has had no issues!

Made My PC Zoom

I use my desktop for digital drawing and everything was lagging so badly even though I have 16gb of RAM installed. So I exchanged my sad 250gb HDD for this and WHAT. A. Difference. Highly recommend anything made by Crucial.

Load times were cut by half and gave a new life to my One X. Highly recommend for console storage upgrades.
