Reliable Hard Drive

Since we needed this drive for windows we where happy to find out they have a very useful application that assists with transferring windows and data to this new drive. So far everything has been smooth sailing.

Great for Budget Performance

Tremendously better transfer speeds than a HDD or Hydbrid HD when moving large game files, and it doesn’t cost much over one either.

Fast and reliable (so far)

SSD Update

Fast read/write speeds at a great price

There have been times where a desktop that I purchased doesn't come with an SSD or a small sized SSD and I like to set it up with a 1 TB drive. These Crucial MX500 drives blend fast read/write speeds at a decent price. The read writes are marketed at 560 MB/sec and 510 MB/sec and I can't seem to find that kind of speed without paying premium prices for some of the larger name brands.
