Easy to Install

This Laptop came with a 256gb NVME, and an open "bay" for a 2.5" drive, so the SSD fit the bill. I kept the NVME as the "boot" drive and will use the SSD for data. Crucial's website help is excellent, and walks you through cloing if that is the route you decide to take. One issue to watch for... Crucial suggests downloading" Storage Executive", some functions of which include monitoring for impending failure, and speeding up the Crucial SSD. Will not configure properly. Lots of digging suggests that "Storage Executive" will only work with a BOOT drive! And since I am using theCrucial SSD as a "2nd" drive, the software will not work. i've head horror stories of SSD failing after X READ/. WRITE cycles. Time will tell.

Don't Go To Anyone Else!!!

My computer was fixed and clean. I really liked the tech who showed me what was fixed and hiw it worked in my computer. I totally recommend these guys to rebuilding/fixing your computer. It is safe in their hands!!

Pepped up my old laptop

Transfer of the operating system and files was a fairly easy using the supplied software. Now my old machine is running better and faster than when it was new.
