    Best Buy provided quick and diagnostic of my laptop. It was determined my internal hard drive had crashed and needed replacement. The replaced hard drive and back up of my existing information was accurately restored on the new hard drive ! My laptop is my business operation ! Well Done and Much Appreciated !

    The Crucial - MX500 1TB 3D NAND Internal SATA 2.5" SSD was easy to install into my MacBook PRO. Just make sure you know what you are doing, watch videos if you need to. It has more than enough space, super fast and was an excellent option for my needs at under $100. I'd recommend it!

    geek squad paid for itself. just dropped off my computer and got a good estimate and a few days later i had a new computer. the phone tree however is frustrating.
