    I would give this drive a five star review if it had the same kind of software that the Samsung drives have. My recommendation is if you want to save money go with this drive but for a little extra you get great software to support your drive with updates from Samsung.

    I bought this to replace my regular hard drive. As i was cloning the old with the new hard drive, the new one gave me some issues with not cloning right. So i had to do a new windows install.

    Really good read/write speeds and endurance compared to some other 500 GB SSD drive options I was reviewing at the time. If you want faster performance you can also look at NVME drives which are more expensive but this one is good enough and easily beats any conventional hard drive.

    As advertised. Just a SSD. You will need SATA cable and mounting screws, as neither come with the storage drive.

    Functions well as it can with sata connection. Mounted perfectly into my atx case where the 2.5” sata ssd slot is. Formatting was simple. I play forza 5 off it often without issues
