This microwave is big enough, but not too big to be hard to use in a small counter space. Steel finish is very beautiful It looks expensive. The most important thing for me is its very nice, flawless work. However, I had to read instruction thoroughly before usage. Now I am happy with it. A little noisy, but I will not sleep with microwave working. Good luck1

Poorly built. Loud. Weak. Poor programming options. Can't use mic while using timer. Overall- underwhelming product from a name I expect more from.

I was looking for a good sale price on a microwave with a known brand name. I got that. The construction quality is not what you would expect though from a more expensive microwave. When you open the door it seems a bit flimsy for example.

This purchase was a gift for a family member. I chose this brand because I also have this microwave hand it has never been a problem in the years I have owned it. It is beautiful and cleans up easily.

This Cuisinart microwave was a little noisy. It has a sound like a loose screw/bolt in the back when running on high. We thought it might have been due to shipping issues so we exchanged it, but the second one had the same noise. We ended up exchanging for a GE that is so quiet you hardly know it's running.

about 4 or 5 years ago I purchased a Cuisinart Microwave oven. It began to give trouble about 6 months ago, and when it was obvious it needed replacing, I looked no further than buying another Cuisinart Microwave. At least I did not have to learn to operate it already familiar the unit.

This microwave it's worth the extra money from other brands.

Really like the features and easy to clean stainless steel interior. Very Thankful for Best Buy's ease of replacement, as Cuisinart wanted me to ship it back to them! The original unit completely went dead without any warning; light, clock and everything went out when I hit the start button... I have never had that happen before. Up until then, the only complaint I had was, when I pulled the door open, the entire unit would slide along the counter toward me. I have never had that happen with any other microwave... either the door latch was too tight or the unit was too light. The new replacement does not have that problem... so there is hope that this replacement unit will hold up... time will tell. Had I not had these issues with the original unit, I would have given it an excellent rating... maybe in the future with the new one.

Purchased this microwave to fit in a specific area in my kitchen and it was the only one I could find with the correct depth which in the specs area states 12 7/8, but that is actually the depth of the interior. I needed a microwave that did not exceed that on the exterior. The specs do not specify that the measurements are of the interior. Kind of misleading because all the other microwaves I researched gave exterior measurements. Couldn't comment on the quality because I never even plugged it in. I will comment that the returns process has been very disappointing so far. A week later and 3 emails and I still have not recieved return authorization. Meanwhile the microwave sits in the box in the middle of my living room.....very frustrating!!
