Burner not heating up

When my Family unboxed it, The burner on the left (the larger one is not heating up). Now i can’t bring it back here to return it or My family can’t use it over there. Utterly waste product. Lost $85 and my pride with my family as they say that I have sent a cheap product. Hope Best Buy can resolve this.

Plug and play

Horrible hot plate!

I finally got around to trying it. After 20 minutes of waiting for a small pan of water to boil, I gave up and threw the 2 eggs away!

Two burner HotPlate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although we haven’t cooked on it yet we have done a heating test that went very well. It is well made, solid and attractive. We will be using it a lot during the summer months when we cook and entertain outside.
