heats quickly ( one minute) cooks to a golden brown and cleans easily.

We've been looking for a small & easy to store waffle maker for a couple of years, but every one we found was big and made huge, fluffy Belgian waffles - not what we had in mind. Our kitchen space is limited - as are our appetites, so when we found this one, we ordered it. Service was amazingly fast, and we had it within a couple of days. The included recipe for basic waffles is easy to make and turn out perfectly. Waffles are larger around than Eggos, but are the same thickness. They are smaller than Belgian, which is just what we wanted. They pop off the waffle maker easily, and it's simple to wipe off for cleaning. It stores on its edge, so takes up little space in the cupboard. Overall - just what we were looking for.

Let's be honest, there are better wafflemakers on the market. However, for the price, this is certainly one of the best deals available. I've used this thing a few times and can conclude that this is a solid product. The instructions are clear, the waffle maker itself makes the waffles quite evenly, and clean up is easy. Definitely a recommended product.

I have used this wafflemaker about 2-3x a month for the last year, and it is great. It heats up *much* faster than my old Black-and-Decker wafflemaker. The 1-5 browness range feature is nice and works well. There is a 'spillover' feature which is nice as extra batter goes in a side groove (makes your waffle larger) instead of running down the side of your machine. The plates don't pop out, so it's a little hard to wash, but it's not a super professional machine.

This waffle iron does exactly what it should. It makes great classic size waffles. Our previous iron was a flip style iron and this one works much better than that one did. We use a small amt of cooking spray and they come out easily when done. It makes the perfect size waffle for one person. We make extra and freeze them and they turn out great when we take them out of the freezer and toast them.

you do not need a giant machine to make waffles. this is the smallest on the market and one of the best. very simple to use and if you got this during the fathers day sale it was only $5 dollars!!! so stop whining and go grab it. im enjoying my Belgian breakfast every morning now :)

I wanted the regular waffle maker..not Belgian. When I found this one I was thrilled. It is just the right size as it is for my husband and me...and even then with a half recipe we have left over waffles to toast later. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is my first waffle maker and we made nice waffles. I hate the thick waffles so this worked out well. This makes thinner waffles which can be soft or crispy in no time. Excellent buying experience from bestbuy

We were looking for a waffle iron that made standard waffles and found this. The waffles were great the 5 setting allow you to cook them just how you want them. The small foot print is an added bonus.

I really like this waffle iron, it has a little light to let you know when it's ready to cook, and the light changes color while cooking, and changes color again when the waffle is ready to eat. Cooks thoroughly and to your preference. Thumbs up!

The waffles came out golden brown, and did not stick to the griddle. It heated up quite quickly, and clean up was no problem at all. It is a relatively compact waffle iron, so it was very simple for me to store, and since I lack storage space, that was important to me.

Used it several times already, my family and I love waffles and it took awhile to find a traditional style most waffle makers are belgian style anymore. Waffles come right out and cook evenly just use your favorite topping
