Product performs well and it does exactly what it says

This item was dropped shipped to my Irving location. It is a small device and very easy to install.

It is protecting our TV and satellite system. It protects it from the brown outs we frequently experience

I had 550va version for backup power for my PC and Cable Modem. It performed flawlessly for 7 years. This 650va version has an added feature over the old unit that puts a Gadget on the desktop so you don't have to open the app to see the status of the UPS.

It seems to be the problem with most of these units unless you buy the more expensive models, the outlets are only designed for standard plugs and not any kind of “wall wart” transformer. I had to use a power strip so my modem/router/network switches, etc. are all battery backed up and now I have a mess of wires under the desk. I haven’t had a chance to see it work for any length of time, just a test by unplugging it.

This is a reliable unit but this is the fourth one in 7 years. These units do wear out.

I get frequent brownouts and blinks from the municipal power. Every time it alarms in a constant high pitch squeal. I do what the manual says to silence it, doesn't work. Contacted the company and said I wanted to shut the alarm off entirely because the draw is so small that it will run for almost an entire day. After following their instructions, it still does the same thing. I have 3 APC UPSs in the house and they do not do this. My wife has a larger Cyberpower supply it doesn't do this. Do yourself a favor, buy any other manufacturer.

This product seems to work well when we have a power surge that messes up lots of our electronics.

I think this is my third one and have it connected to both of my computers . A Lap Top & desk top. This is an essential piece of hard-ware and when I gave the twin a Lap top it needed one of these as protection and back up

I bought this for my PS4 Pro. I wasn't concerned about playing for long with the power off, but I did want to safely shut down if the electricity would flicker or kick off completely. This works perfectly. It protects my stuff and gives me plenty of room to power other devices.

I purchased this battery backup to replace an existing unit. So far so good.

when a storm hits and power goes out it beeps to let you know you have some time to turn off your computer before it shuts down. where if you dont have a battery back up, a storm could take your computer out.
