I got this PC brand new about 3 weeks and already getting a blue error screen. I checked online and it seems like a lot of people are getting the same results. I don't recommend this brand

Broken on Arrival and Terrible Service

I took a chance on an unreviewed machine and got a pile of junk. Came with a defective fan that was making a racket on the first startup. No big deal right? Chat support told me to take it in for in-store service, but service desk at the store refused to cover warranty repairs on site. Instead, I was going to have to ship it off for several weeks after only just receiving it. For a simple fan. Really? On top of that, while in the store trying to get service, the Geek Squad agent literally stated that this machine is "cr@p", all while my son, for whom I purchased it, was standing right there with me. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.

Do not buy this brand of pc this is my second one where the motherboard has ram slot failure

This PC works really well. I'm too big on gaming, but every graphically-intense game I've run so far has worked perfectly fine with little to no issue. It was also leagues easier to set up than my older pc.
I would recommend this to a friend
