The only complaint I have is the way it was packed. I noticed a lot of reviews saying "bad gpu" but decided to roll the dice anyway. After opening the pc to remove the foam used to protect the components I'm convinced a few people who had "broken gpus" accidentally BROKE them while unpacking this foam. The foam in my case wrapped around my gpu in a way that the only way for me to remove it without using too much force was to chip away at the foam bit by bit then vacuum out the few pieces that fell into the pc. That took a full hour to do. Pc works great.

Great PC - runs great just runs a bit hot. No issues with it overheating but might still add some fans to help with the heat.

While I am happy with the machine. The packing was poor quality. The fan on the GPU came had come off during shipping and lodged in another part of the case. Windows activation was also invalid until I updated windows. Cyberpower customer support never responded to the issue that was raised on their website

Great pc so far no complaints the only thing i would recommend is add more fans as it tends to get a little hot.

I have purchased two of these. My wife and I both game on them. They are powerhouses! My only complaint is that the water cooling on mine is loud (apparently this can happen if there are some air bubbles trapped in the line). I think I just got unlucky because my wife's is completely silent. I usually build my own PCs, but with the GPU shortage, this was the best way to get what I needed without paying a scalper. I'm happy with it!

The product came in and was beautiful looking. Parts worked great, However the computer was very hot when I played Overwatch. To solve this, I added more fans to the build and it reduced the heat. Overall, good product.

The expanding foam almost broke the GPU, it expands and heavily bends the connection. Good for a first gaming pc but if i wanted a good quality pc I would definitely not go with this brand. The mouse that I got also broke within the first 30 seconds of me testing it out. Obviously no quality control before they send out these products.

I have never had a gaming sytem that is so powerful and so fast that this product is just something out of dreams!! hah ok ok really though this is an awesome pc and with all the specs I seriously have a rig that will last me for years to come!

In times of GPU shortages, CyberPowerPC has the most competitive pricing on builds. I've had zero issues with my build, and have noticed most negative reviews are user errors or manufacture's GPU failure, which is covered under warranty.

Fan made horrible metal-on-metal scratching sounds that progressively got worse. Brought it in to Best Buy and the Geek Squad service, who took the computer for approximately 5 days, tightened the cables and bound them together. Rep guessed the cables got loose in transit. This has fixed the problem. Additionally, computer arrived with noticeable dents and scratches that the Geek Squad rep estimated came from delivery. We did not return the computer, despite the exterior issues, because gaming computers are incredibly scarce now. As such, we had to settle for a less than ideal product. The price was also incredibly high but I attribute that to the scarcity as well.

Computer work as expected however the keyboard that came with it only work for 3 days and just died. I tried using different USB ports and swapping my mouse just to make sure the usb port work and no luck. I dont wanna return for a bad keyboard but other that the computer was amazing.

Cyberpower PC is the absolute best at what they do. This is my 3rd PC purchased from them and they have all worked flawlessly and beyond my expectations. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Bought a 3070 gaming PC, but the 3070 came dead on arrival. Tech support was great and quick in helping me resolve my issue. They are sending me a new GPU to help with the computer. Awesome computer, would purchase again.

Bought this pc and have been very happy with it, its fast and i can get over the High Quality the video has with this video card running in 4k and 8k i love it.

My first gaming pc I ever bought and I’m loving it. I absolutely recommend this pc. Great price when you consider how much graphic cards are going for right now.

Good stable system. So far so good. The air flow for the case is really bad!! The cpu temp is consistently at around 80 degrees Celsius. Besides this, i think this system is a good value considering the price for the GTX 3070.

Got this about a month ago and so we love having this new computer. The 3070 is really nice and upgrading to a new CPU has been awesome.

Great Computer for the price! Glad to jump on a great deal during tough times for computer parts.

Got this as an upgrade from my last Gaming PC and I'm not disappointed at all! Runs any game with high fps and at amazing quality

I love this computer and CyberpowerPC,as a builder... Buying from CyberpowerPC-it's like playing the lotto...My Pc came with EVGA 08G-P5-3767-KR GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra(best card on the market,in my opinion) and MSI Z590 PRO WiFi ProSeries Motherboard + OC version of i7-11 gen... This is my everyday PC. All I did was,I added 3,120mm fans on the top of the case,as on exhaust...I have no problem with the temperature at all. It's a really nice build,with a great components,if you'll be lucky enough to get it...
