Received computer two days early and it runs smooth! After reading some reviews here, I was worried the graphics card would be faulty as, especially after seeing a torn up box and moisture. Luckily, the PC arrived in great shape and everything is functioning. I did install two fans at the top of the case preemptively. After a couple installations and updates, the PC is ready to go!

I've been in the market for a pre-built gaming PC and this computer checked off all of the boxes for my use. The computer from CyberPower PC providers great components and value for my gaming needs. I was amazed with the great built quality and attention to details within the computer. Wil highly recommend this computer to friends and family.

Amazing pc good airflow and specs, everything came as described, i bought from ibuypower before this and got a damaged gpu. had to get a refund and will stay away from that company, bought this pc from cyberpower and everything works amazing right out of the box. i recommend this alot espically because of the gpu market right now.

The pc work great ran no boat ware will recommend.

As others have stated - issues with the video cards in these. Not sure if they reusing old ones from crypto miners or what. Reason I bought this instead of building my own was the crazy price of video cards. Very soon after I bought it certain applications (Not even 3D-card-intensive) would sometimes cause the briefest flashes of static in horizontal bands across the screen - becoming more frequent over time. Rebooting would fix the issue. I had hoped because of the issue being independent of GPU load/use and never starting while not in a full-screen app that it was perhaps just a software/driver issue that would be fixed up over time. But here we are half a year later and it's still going. Hence my leaving a review now before I reboot to stop the flickering. Based on the number of reviews with serious video complaints I have to assume CyberPowerPC is putting already-heavily-used graphic cards in their builds.

Computer was shipped promptly by Best Buy and was packed extremely well by CyberPowerPC. The internal components had no way to move around. Everything worked correctly and am very pleased. Value I knocked down to average because of the current component shortage you get what you can when you can.

The PC itself is good and boots up really fast. The only issue is mine came with a broken graphics card. Waiting on CyberPowerPC to replace it for me. Works great however, currently using a substitute graphics card.

This PC came with quality parts. 11th gen i7. ASUS motherboard, 750w powersupply. More than enough to run additional 3070 for mining. Case stays relatively cool. Overall would highly recommend.

Had to reseat the glass panel as it was off but other than that it was great. Mostly got it to transplant the RTX3070 to my real rig, but this is working great with my old card.

This PC is well built and slick. They packaged the PC well showing that they care if the PC doesn't have any issues during shipping. I would buy a pre-built again from them.
