Cyberpowerpc usually does great work but unfortunately I got a lemon. Not sure if CPU or Motherboard but mine would crash/restart after about 10-15 mins of gaming no matter what I did. I am in the middle of the RMA process to hopefully get this resolved. If everything is fixed and it works great on return I will re-evaluate my review. I am hopeful.

I recently purchased the CyberPower PC, and it has been an outstanding choice for both gaming and work-related tasks. Doesn’t even work. I got on the gpu didn’t work so I put my old 1080 then it worked. So I returned it for another one and the SAME thing happened. 2 bad gpus in a row. Just build your own it’s the route I’m now taking

This PC was absolutely terrible. I purchased it originally, and it started blue screening after about 2 minutes of playing any game. The Ethernet port also wasn't functioning properly. I thought maybe I just had a defective unit. So I returned it, and ordered another of the same unit. This one would play games as long as I desired; however, upon changing games, the PC would blue screen and crash. The Ethernet port on the second model also didn't work. BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND! I'm guessing cyberpower just got in a huge shipment of defective parts.

They said it was new but it turned on but the HDMI wouldn't connect the GPU came not placed correctly and the Bluetooth 3.0 pins were broken.

Gpu failed after 5 months. And you have to pay out of of pocket to send it out.

Damaged out of the box, ram slots were broken and wouldn’t turn on. I also returned it 2 weeks ago and still haven’t got my refund.

Its good specs but beware, it can come broken. For example as soon as i turned mine on i saw colored horizontal lines all across my moniter and would sometimes freeze the screen or black screen. The package as it arrived at my house was damaged and obviously treated very poorly during shipping.

I bought a new CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-11700KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - 1TB SSD - Black. I play FFXIV and other online PC games. I also twitch stream which I enjoy immensely and play a lot of music. I needed a new PC that could perform better and was reasonable in case. I could not be happier with this computer. My daughter works in tech as well as my spouse. Both agreed the specs and the price were directly aligned. In addition. I got my computer a day early. Setting up with incredibly easy and I am very happy with everything I have experienced. A friend said "Are you happy with your investment" and I was able to genuinely say "yes!"

it keeps crashing blue screen different error everytime and i barely used it.

This thing is smooth as butter! Super easy setup out of the box, great aesthetics, lightning fast and no issues here. I had read about cooling issues with the air cooled versions so I opted for the water cooled and it was a great move.
