Before turning it on I did a through initial inspection and took pics. I received my purchase at Best Buy with the tape opened on the top. I had to be frank and ask for assurance I’m not liable if someone swapped parts. So more than planned I had my headlamp and was taking pics of everything…
Results: the system itself is awesome so far and a huge relief. It took a little fiddling around between pc and software settings but I got everything running smooth and temps stay comfortable.
I have a 4K hdr display so I’ve been gaming at the highest possible settings at 60 fps without any hiccups.
I got a PNY 4080. The 16GB Kingston Fury runs at 6000hz (above listed specs). When I ordered this setup I planned to get a pair of 16s but I haven’t encountered any bottlenecking there so holding off.
My only frustration is that the install of the psu has the wattage and details hidden from view behind the shroud so I’m hoping it’s a quality 1000W that’ll go the distance. I’ll take another stab at it but I wish the psu make was visible for my own peace or mind.

The PC didn't even make it to day 2. Mind you, I didn't even get to try and play ANY games on it, only school work, because it went into power-cycling the following day after I received it. The package was slightly damaged, but I doubt that could have caused any problems.
They used the BARE MINIMUM in terms of quality components to build the PC. From the documentation included, they used a very cheap and unknown PSU which is what most likely caused the power cycling. That is one of the most important components to any Gaming PC that you should not neglect or cheap out on. The RGB lights are nice and are on the rings of the fans. The AIO cooler on the processer also has a RGB light hue. Didn't even get to look at the keyboard or mouse as i only had one functioning day with the PC... My excitement ended in disappointment as this was my first time buying a gaming PC over $2000.... If you are going to charge those prices, they better at least do some stress test to ensure the PC can function in demanding games much less just doing school work, Smh. I would advise shopping around to make sure you get a better-quality build PC with better quality components.

PC has been great so far! Quiet while gaming, temps don’t get that hot either. Only complaint I have is that it came in with one of the legs on the case broken. Outside of that, I love it!!

I usually build my own but I took a chance and tried a pre built to save a few dollars and I'm very pleased with the end result. It was put together well and the componets are all good quality. In fact a couple of the pieces had features slightly above the specifications. Computer runs nice and cool and it's quiet although not silent (for it having 5 fans)
Obviously your mileage may vary but mine came with:
Asus Prime z690-p wifi (an board capable of ax networking instead of ac mentioned!)
PNY 4080
XPG LANCER rgb 16 gb stick (stick runs at 6000mhz instead of the 4800 listed above!)
The ssd was a wd black 4th Gen in the upper m.2 slot.
My only issues are mild but I did have to update the BIOS to get it to keep steady connections with my bt controllers and mouse/keyboard and the ram included is apparently only sold in 2 packs so I had to switch to a different brand to get me up to 32 gb. Also be warned there is only space to install 1 more m.2 nvme thanks to the graphic card taking up so much space. Those are small problems that I didn't mind.

As someone that has always built my own desktops for gaming, i decided to roll the dice on cyberpowerpc at BestBuy. This seemed like a solid deal so I pulled the trigger and it arrived a little after a week. The desktop was well packaged and secure, and had pretty nice components including a PNY 4080 and Gigabyte motherboard. Booted up no issues and games were running mint at 1440p ultra settings for all games. The RGB in this bad boy was also quite nice, and the case was not to shabby.
I ended up returning it because a 4070 ti will be a bit better for 1440p for now, but this is a stellar computer and I highly recommend it!

Solid motherboard, case, fans, power supply, RAM was a single stick but easily replaced with dual channel ddr5, GPU is a PNY model(not one you normally buy byt a lower model with good performance and thermals and metal backplate, good cpu cooler that seems to keep cpu cool enough for gaming and is not very loud it is a 240mm AIO liquid cooler, and the computer had no bloatware, would recommend another $3000 purchase good bang for the buck overall

It's powerful and quiet. I'm blown away by the sheer power of this machine. I strongly recommend it for the price.
The mouse that came with it squeaked after the second day, however, but that's not a big deal.

This PC is amazing! I’ve been able to play most triple A game titles at the smoothest fps I’ve ever played in. I do a lot of video recording / streaming and I hardly ever have issues with dropped frames or stutters.
-Fortnite 160fps +
-COD MW3 160fps +
-Halo infinite 180fps +
-Starwars battlefront 2 120fps +
-GTA V 120fps +
All with graphic settings to the max. This thing is a BEAST!

Had this machine for 3 weeks and works great so far. Ive never had a problem with cyberpower PCs all I want to do is plug the PC in and use it not worry about anything else and cyberpower always delivers on that when I get PCs from them. Highly recommend this PC and i've been enjoying since I got it.

it's genuinely such an amazing pc. first one i've ever owned, and i'm coming from a ps4 so this is beyond an upragde, and truly couldn't be happier. haven't had any problems, everything came as expected. my xbox gamepass ultimate did take a few days to register, but other than that everything works as expected!

Excellent Desktop. No bloatware software is nice. It came with Asus Tuff 4080 oc card. I get over 80 fps and above on the more demanding games with ultra quality and everything maxed out on the 4080 card on my lg c2 4k oled tv. It is a beast card. It is low heat and power efficient and a very quiet card. If you want more power and fps go with the cyberpower pc 13900k 4090 build to push the lg c2 4k oled tv to the max. You will pay much more, but for me with this build, price to performance works for me. I am coming from an hp omen 15 gaming laptop running a samsung plasma 1080p tv, so this a huge upgrade.
4080 is an expensive card, but with this pc makes it more reasonable.
Cyberpower PC came with:
4080 Asus Tuff OC graphics card
z690 ud ac motherboard with 3 m.2 slots, 2 harddrive slots, 6 sata slots
WD black SN750 SE 1 TB SSD
1000 Watt Evga power supply.
In conclusion, CyberPower pc has been a very good brand. I would buy another CyberPower PC, if I need another desktop pc.

Shipped Early, Great for 4k Gaming

PC Arrived a week early and ran great out the box, everything was hooked up and ready to go. Got the luck of the draw, the RAM in my PC has an XMP profile to run at 6000MHz which was nice upgrade over the advertised 4800MHz.
Works great for 4k gaming with easy 60+ fps, usually much higher than 60 unless there is a lot of heavy ray tracing.
Installed software is minimal which is a plus to me but if you want full RGB control you'll have to install the software yourself. The installed motherboard is listed on the documentation that comes with the PC. For the GPU and RAM you either download software that'll give you detailed system or just peep in the case and the get the info off the actual parts and download the appropriate software.

My Cyberpower PC and experience was amazing. The PC itself looked spectacular. I loved the design and style of the PC. Powerful and quiet as well. I'm really glad I purchased this PC. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are just as nice. Super satisfied.

Was really excited for this pc as it would have been my first gaming pc but the graphics card was faulty. I worked with cyverpower tech support to fix it but the gpu’s led and fans werent turning on at all. Great customer support by cyberpower but i think its possible the pc was damaged from shipping. I returned it for a full refund and bought another cyberpower directly from their website.
