Bought it cause it was the only way to get a 3080 video card. It has exceeded my expectations and I’m really glad I bought a whole new PC. Very high quality clean cable free look inside and no overheating issues. Extremely pleased. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about it.

Looking for an upgrade from my 980ti, I wanted a 3080 card and found this bundle deal that hit all my wants. I placed this Order on the Monday before Christmas and got it that Wednesday with expedited shipping. I would not believe how fast I got it! The parts I got were:
i9 10900k Intel 10th gen
Gigabyte 3080 OC Gaming
16 GB of Ram ADATA
1 TB M.2 Drive ADATA
Was happy to get my name brand on the GPU, meh on the ADATA stuff. I got it in and holy cow it was fast. Bootup and games screamed at the frame rates...for 20 min. Then my CPU was hitting over 90c and caused a shutdown. I knew this build would be a hotter running system but it was causing major issues. I ended up going to buy 3 more fans and thermal paste. Upon removing the Cool Master Liquid cooler, the thermal paste that was on there was old and dry. It also had bare spots were there was not enough applied. Upon, redoing the thermal paste and adding the fans, my CPU temps dropped to the 50c with a max of 62c under full load under benchmark. Much better. Then I had a boot error on the M.2 drive. Couldn't read disk, no boot drive. Shutdown the system, pull and reseat drive and I found that the M.2 drive still had the film on the heatsink from being pulled out of the box. As this M.2 Drive is located between the GPU and CPU, this was causing it to overheat. Pulled the film and it came back online with adequate cooling.
TLDR; Has cooling issues and was rushed in assembly. It will cost a little bit of time and money to get it running smoothly. Not a plug and play machine, but good parts and it was built fast, maybe too fast.

Decent price for a system built with random brand parts. Some folks get luckier than others, but if it comes back in stock it is worth a look. Biggest knock against it is it runs extremely hot out of the box, as others have said. You’ll have to flip the side fans and buy a new CPU cooler.

Excellent price and like most reviewer I also had issues with the CPU cooler, the CPU temp reached 100 C with relatively light load. Upon close inspection I noticed that the CPU cooler cable was plugged into the wrong header. The pump was plugged into the a case fan header. I switched it and plugged the pump into the pump header (located close to GPU) and now CPU never goes over 72 C.
I ran Prime95 (commonly used to test CPU stability) for over 30 min, never got above 72.
So one minor tweak and it is good to go.

I agree with most of the reviews here, it's difficult to get 3080 anywhere besides a full system. I ran a built-in test with sisoft sandra, the rad fan and the rest of the fans ran full speed the entire time, temperature max out at 81 degrees with the glass panel opened, i can't imagine what the temperature will be like with the glass panel put back in place. If you are looking to get this system, be prepared to get larger AIO and add fans to the system. Mine came with an Asus mobo and Asus tuf gaming 3080.

Pretty nicely built system made of good parts. The cooling could be better, as I noticed it get pretty loud once I started up the game CONTROL with Ray Tracing enabled. But the hardware is solid and it seems to be running smoothly so far.

Like other reviews you can't beat the price right now trying to get 3000 series RTX. Also like other reviews same components. The PC needs exhaust fans. I installed 2 on the top and left the cpu I/O cooler intaking cold air from outside. The 2 front side RGB fans are useless as they offer no real circulation more of a display so don't count on them much. A Lot of other reviews suggest replacing the cpu cooler with a better one but if you don't plan on overclocking you should not have any problems I haven't ran into any yet other then the PC needing exhaust fans but I was aware of that before purchase.

As many other reviewers previously pointed out, this system has a completely inadequate cooling configuration out of the box. My primary use for the system is running MS Flight Simulator 2020. The temp readings for the CPU will almost instantly shoot up into the high 90's (C) and begin throttling shortly thereafter. To resolve the issue I added 2 Noctua PWM fans (front of case - intake, back of case - exhaust), replaced the undersized AIO (water) cooler with a Noctua NH-D15S air cooler (horizontal air flow orientation), and shifted around a couple of the DC included fans to the top to exhaust air from the top of the case. After making those modifications, the system CPU peaks at ~75C under full load and the graphics card peaks at ~66C (after flashing with the "low temp" BIOS from MSI). The hardware configuration I received is very much in line with what others have listed and is worth the cost of the system alone. It was also the only way I could find to get a RTX 3080 card in the fall of 2020!
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z490-V
GPU: MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio
Other changes I made are also in line with previous reviews: Reconnect fans to be connected to motherboard directly for better control, reconnect RGB lighting to use header on motherboard for better control.
Bottom Line:
This is not a great system for someone that is uncomfortable making modifications to desktop computers since attempting to use the stock system for any high load requirements will result in immediate frustration with the stock cooling setup.
If you are someone with PC build experience, it is a great buy to obtain an amazing processor, graphics card, and good motherboard. Just resolve the cooling issues with your preferred method (air or AIO), add a couple of fans, and you will have an incredibly high performance desktop for a very reasonable price.

Like most others, this system has a MAJOR flaw when it comes to cooling. First I also had to set the 2 side fans to intake. Even with that, the computer gets so hot that it has to throttle in some games.
I tried to speak to CyberPowerPC, but their response was "if it is not overheating, than it is working properly". The support rep did not seem to understand that their cooling solution is a problem for anyone that doesn't want their cpu to throttle in the middle of a game.
I have to decide if I am going to keep this Computer and replace the water cooler & add fans or just return it. Its a good deal if everything worked, but if I have to buy parts to make it work, I might as well just build my own computer for the same price at that point.

Just received this today and it came with an Asus Prime Z490-V MOBO and an MSI Ventus 3X 3080! Love it.
The only downside is the RGB fans run pretty loud and were all set up as exhaust fans out of the box (No intake). I am planning on replacing them with better fans this weekend.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pre-built PC.
I wanted to share the unlisted components included in my unit for those that are wondering what it might have inside. My unit may not be exactly what you get, as I have seen varying reports of the internals for different people.
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080, $769 retail.
RAM: Crucial Ballistix, red.
PSU: Apevia 800w, gold rated
CPU cooler: CoolerMaster 120m AIO.
MOBO: Asus Prime, lower end but has 2 PCIe and 2 NVME slots.
It comes with 2 case fans. The airflow is limited due to case design.
GPU temps have maxed at 71C.
I haven't monitored the CPU temps; but haven't noticed any throttling in games.
It is a bit noisy; but I am not sure what is to blame here; GPU fans or case fans? Noise doesn't bother me since I wear a headset and can't really hear it, but it is worth mentioning.
The cable management is well done/clean.
The PSU shroud has obnoxiously shaped screws that I don't seem to have a screwdriver for, and cannot disassemble at this time to get a better look at the PSU; uncertain if modular or not.
Overall, this is a great value. I would highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to wait until June 2021 for a 3080. As always, you are better off completely building your own if you want complete control over the components, but Cyberpower did a nice job on this model and I am satisfied.

After unboxing, the computer fired right-up and ran no problem whatsoever - very happy about that.
Curious as to how fast it is, I bought the 3D Mark suite from Steam and it recommended to run 'Time Spy'. It ran, and then I compared my run to the others in 3D Mark, and 'This Score' is 15,758, and it states that the score is 'Better than 99% of all results' - this is December 2020, with absolutely no tweaking.
VERY HAPPY with this purchase - Nice Job CyberPower!

First time i’ve ever purchased a pre-built and i’m pleasantly surprised. This is the only way to get a 3080 right now and there is NO WAY you could build this system even buying parts at MSRP. How do they do it??

The parts I received were:
-Asus Prime Z490-V
-Intel i9-10900K
-MSI Ventus 3080 OC
-ADATA Ram (16gb)
-Cooler Master 120mm liquid cooler
-Cyberpower fans (x3)
- ADATA Swordfish M.2 (1TB)
- Apevia 800W PSU
Pros: For this price point, this is an excellent purchase. Especially with a i9-10900K which is a top of the line 10th gen Intel processor and RTX 3080 which is nearly impossible to buy. My computer started up right out of the box and cable management in the casing was tidy in both the front and back. You really can't find a computer at this price point with a 10900k and 3080 (With the shortage of computer parts I really don't know how CyberPower is making any money off this build)
Cons: Since this price point is so low, I am NOT surprised they went with lower quality parts and smaller AIO CPU cooler for the build. As everyone has stated in the reviews the CPU temps run a bit on the warm side. The computer will still run, but it will not be ideal in the long run if you plan to keep the PC for years. IMO, an extra $100-300 will not only mitigate all of the issues but also make the build more beastly then it already is.
Final Thoughts: For the price point this is a great purchase, needs some small upgrades but nothing to cry over. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Failed Hardware out of box and Poor Support

Received my new PC and within a few minutes out of the box the system was hard freezing in Windows and even in the bios. Did some basic troubleshooting and checked all plugs/memory connection. No idea how this would pass QA.
Reached out to their support team who advised I re-seat the memory again and call back. I reseated the memory and when I called back their support team was closed for the rest of the weekend.
Spent the weekend troubleshooting the computer hardware by purchasing and replacing every single part until I was able to determine without a doubt the system has a bad CPU. Per Cyber Power Support page they will send qualified techs out parts or allow for local drop off.
Called Cyber Power support back on Monday and dealt with a very unprofessional individual. The support staff was very rude, refused to listen or work with me and treated me like it was my problem that they sold me a broken computer. The tech actually threatened to refuse me service and would not let me speak with a manager.
Cyber Power support will not send me a replacement CPU and will not allow me to bring the machine in local for a replacement. They are requiring me to ship the machine back to them and there will be a 14 business day turn around before it is returned.
This PC is for my business and being without it for 3 weeks at a time is just not acceptable. Cyber Power support should also follow the guidelines set forth on their website instead of picking and choosing which policies they follow.
Not to mention the fact that by the time Cyber Power is done repairing my brand new machine I will be outside my return policy so I will be stuck with a lemon if they do not replace the part I know is wrong.

The computer was sold out for months. I am assuming it is because of the Nvidia 3080 video card availability. When I finally received it, I was able to use it for gaming and it was great! Except for when there were areas in the game (Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020) where it used a high range of FPS and the system would crash because the video card ran too hot. But besides that, I am enjoying this greatly!
