Was good for about a week and then the cooling liquid and fan broke / I didn’t even have a lot of things on it . Very disappointing. Had geek squad come out to check it out said just to return it to get another . So let’s see how the second one goes

I keep having problems with the PC. Taking it to my local geek squad Monday. So hopefully they fix it but when it works it works well.

I bought this PC for black friday and I've had nothing but issues since. The computer drivers all had to be updated by hand and it did NOT stop the PC from crashing almost contantly everytime i tried running a video game for more than 10 minutes. 0/10 would never touch a cyberpower PC again.

PC bricks itself constantly. Would not recommend. Bought this thing for gaming and the one thing that it can't do is game as anytime you try it just shuts itself off. Cyberpower support is no help either as you can't reach them and they don't respond.

Easy set up and clean fast computer. No noise at all with the fans.

Crash every half hour, saying something like Watchdog timeout sht, I had to return it. Plz save y’all self some times, don’t buy this product

Came in yesterday and looked it over case was slightly damaged but then on the inside the graphics card was dented and didnt seem to be sitting right. When i started it up just to make sure it didnt work there was noise coming from the graphics card are near the dent and it wouldnt connect to my monitor Neither of the hdmi ports worked and tried different cables to make sure.

Happened in less than month and now I have to go lug this back to the store so they can look at it. I love that it's sold out so it's unlikely that I can get a replacement. Lovely.

Was broken on arrival. Don’t buy. Clock_watchdog_timeout. Motherboard was damaged on arrival

Purchased this for my son who is very much into computers and he's truly happy with this PC!

So far so good! The PC is holding up well! The colors look great, the graphics card is nice and you are able to upgrade the system. I would highly recommend adding additional fans to ensure the PC does not overheat and keep it up to date as much as possible. This PC is also really great for coding, daily tasks, and more.

This is one of the best gaming computers I have ever owned. I play a lot of different PC games and am able to play on Battlefield with no problem. The graphics in the game are realistic and the processor works fantastic for what it's meant for. I would recommend putting at least 6 fans into the case so it does not overheat the CPU and graphics card.

This PC is amazing for the price and components, some reviewers have mentioned the BSOD with a clock watchdog timeout error, the way to fix this is go to bios and under overclock disable auto (the 120 mm fans are not good enough to support overclocking unless you want to upgrade them) other than that the PC is amazing

Works great. Nice and powerful no problems yet! I would reccommend to my friends if they have the money for this beast.
