Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's performance, price, and GPU, with many praising its speed and value. However, customers are negative about the RAM, cooling system, and power supply, citing issues with RAM installation, inadequate cooling, and insufficient power supply for the GPU in some instances. Some also reported problems with the case and fans upon delivery. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and price is tempered by concerns about component quality and build consistency.

CyberPowerPC Doesn't Care About Their Customers

CyberPowerPC is a despicable company with a questionable warranty and dreadful customer service. If you purchase a computer from CyberPowerPC, let me tell you what to expect if a component fails within your one-year warranty period: First off, you can expect a drawn-out process attempting to get the RMA process started. It took me three whole days before CyberPower's tech support finally agreed to accept my RMA for a defective GPU that failed within 60 days of my owning this unit. Upon acceptance of my RMA, CyberPower said I'd have to ship the defective EVGA 3080 back to their return center on my dime before they ordered a replacement GPU. Upon reception of the defective component, not before, CyberPower would submit an order for the replacement unit. The replacement process was said to take seven to ten business days, excluding the time it will take to ship the replacement back to me. What kind of company ships out computers with a QC stamp of 'Approved' only to turn around and charge their customers postage on a return for the defective component they sold? While the hardware CyberPowerPC sells is okay, their treatment of their customers who paid top dollar for their products is inexcusable. What company offers a warranty but demands that customers pay return postage for the defective item they installed/sold to that customer? What company expects a customer to go without their newly purchased system for upwards of two to four weeks? Offering no empathy nor showing willingness to move heaven and earth to replace said defective component they installed? It's appalling and despicable the way CyberPowerPC has handled my case. I received a defective GPU within my computer, was forced to ship it back on my dime, or CyberPowerPC stated they wouldn't help me. What company steals a customer's money, sells them a flawed system, and then demands more money to fix their mistake? What a deceitful, unethical, and disgusting practice CyberPowerPC has. After I get my GPU replaced, I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't need to support a company that couldn't give two craps about their customers. If CyberPowerPC is reading this: Thanks for treating me like trash and for not caring about my time. The effort I've had to go through to remedy your mistake has been astonishing and unsettling.

so far 1 month in no problems at all and loving it. 4k streaming / recording at 120 fps. i use a 55" 4k oled tv so with my 2080 super it only gave me the option of 60 fps max. when i got the rtx3080 it allowed me to double that (120fps) @ 4k res. The games look beautiful and super smooth now.

Computer worked well for 11 months. I didn't even use it that much , now screen goes blank randomly. Even though I reported issue to Cyberpower 1 month before warranty expired , by the time they figured out the issue they said unfortunately your warrenty expired. Garbage product would never buy again

it came with a small dent in the case , i got a cooling error message when booting, the gpu smelled like burning wires, monitor would go black for 10 to 20 sec. on occasion and the led light button didn't work. when i called cyber power they had me turn off the error massage and gave me no other solutions.they basically told me to return it

I had been wanting to get back into PC gaming for a while and this is the perfect rig to do it. For the price its unbeatable. Trust me when I say I did the research and even to build a PC with these specs the price is the same if not higher. Well worth every penny

Extremely easy setup for my prefab gaming desktop. No damage to the machine during shipping and everything was in pristine condition. Could have used a little more on the instruction for set-up, but it was nothing a quick google search and the site help forums couldn't fix!

Excellent PC overall and a great value. The case is very well made and the lighting aesthetic is good looking without being over the top. Parts are solid. Mine came with a Zotac RTX 3080, Asus Z690-P Wifi Motherboard, 16GB Teamgroup DDR4 3200.

Love the RGB lights! You can toggle the switch on the top to change modes and colors. All the components make gaming way better than my previous GTX 1080 Ti rig. I love everything about this masterpiece!

Bought four, two were broken. One came with the RAM chips rattling around inside. The two that work so far seem ok, but I am really disappointed with Best Buy’s shipping. The fact that they didn’t have any additional to replace them meant that I now only have two computer and am on the hunt for two more.

I bought this computer and was super excited. The gpu came broken which sucked so I returned it and got a replacement. The second one has been better but still not what I hoped. The computer can’t stay connected to my network. I’ve tried wireless and wired connections. I have very good internet. Phone has full bars, all laptops in the house have zero issues. But this computer for some reason just can’t stay connected. There are some days I can’t even load into something like Spotify. I’m not the most tech savvy but I know to check drivers which I made sure were updated and everything was working properly. It could be something on my hand but the reality is this is the second computer and both had issues. The specs on this pc may be strong but there are plenty of reviews of people having issues with this computer and they can’t be ignored. Don’t buy unless ur tech savvy and can put up with the likely issues.
