    Runs really well. My only issue with it is sometimes when I turn it on, it goes straight to the boot screen and I have to restart it several times before it will load into the computer. But for playing a pretty powerful game, it runs very smoothly and it's a pretty quiet PC.

    I received my computer with a broken leg. They don’t control how the box is treated after it leaves their facility, but the packaging doesn't seem to be that great. It might not be 100% CyberpowerPc’s fault but I’ve seen a couple reviews on different computers from them that come with broken parts.

    Good pc, had for about 3 weeks now, no issues. Would recommend if you happen to catch it on a sale.

    Defective Item and Box was wet when it arrived.

    Doesn't work properly from Day One. First, the box arrived soaking wet, although the PC wasn't wet on the inside it wasn't a good look from the start. Something must be wrong with the video card because when I plug it into my Dell 32inch 4K the monitor won't turn off or let me change the input. Luckily I talked to Best Buy and they will allow me to return it without the box because I threw it away since it was all wet. Best Buy was pretty helpful so far, I will update this if they give me a hard time when returning. I have spent a fortune with them in the past 6 months ever since they started the Total Tech thing, which was brilliant. I buy so much more from Best Buy because of that program.

    So far everything look good i was worried after seeing all those negative reviews thanks God mine came working and in good condition will update once i put a few hours of use

    This is the 5th time we have gotten one of these, and not for a good reason. We are too invested now to send it back. This computer has had many graphics issues, as well as the exterior of the computer being broken on delivery. The internal components are different on each computer, so take the photos with a grain of salt. Overall, though, once you get the computer working, it doesn't suck... so far.

    Everything was excellent, i did not have any kid of difficult, in small detail the mouse arrived demaged and broken, but they deserve 5 stars, thank you so much.

    This computer performs excellent. Customer service was awesome as the first one arrived at my home bot working and they found another while honoring the Black Friday pricing. I had actually refunded the first one and not exchanged. Amazing service

    Went into this skeptical and worried. Turned out, nothing was wrong with the PC besides two small marks on the case in which i wasnt worried about at all. I would highly recommend this company!

    The AMD 7900 xtx was not functioning properly. It continuously caused my monitor to flicker or go black. When i restarted the PC, the 7900 xtx driver was no longer installed. Windows 11 replaced it with the default Windows driver. I had to remove the Windows driver and install an AMD driver. The PC would work for an hour or so before the monitor would flicker again.

    Great PC so far - renders 3FPS when creating 4k 3D fractals in the Mandelbulb 3D software which is double what I was getting on my last PC.

    Arrived with a faulty psu. Best Buy and cyberPC both super unhelpful for the now third broken $2000+ pc
