For the first 4 months the pc was great and everything I wanted then it powered off and will not work I called cyber power to warranty the device to my surprise they want you to handle shipping which to send it would be $330 when I called to ask for a Better option they said I can go locally and pay for it to be fixed myself terrible customer service they don’t try to make anything right and just want you to take care of paying for the shipping in which they ask you to double box it which is even more expensive without insurance it was $220 which of you don’t ensure it and it breaks during shipping they will no longer warranty it so I spent $2700 on a PC that is in six months dead overall disappointing and now I have to pay out-of-pocket to fix it I suggest Best Buy no longer sell cyber power computers

We ordered this computer, and while it arrived on time, it was in poor condition — the base was broken and it showed clear signs of heavy mishandling. As we needed it urgently, we decided to keep it, thinking the damage was only external. However, after normal, not particularly demanding use, the computer began to overheat. The cooling system is extremely poor — you could practically boil water on it.
We thought perhaps something had broken due to the rough handling during delivery. Even when we tried running applications without using the GPU, the performance was still poor — it felt like using a 5th generation i3.
We requested a replacement, but suddenly the delivery date for the new product was changed, leaving us without a computer for who knows how many more days. We are extremely dissatisfied with BestBuy’s service and customer support.

Absolute Powerhouse for Battlefield 6 and Local AI

I’ve been putting this "beautiful beast" through its paces with Battlefield 6 and several local AI models. With the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and the RTX 5070 Ti (16GB VRAM), it handles heavy gaming and AI inference with ease. The 64GB of DDR5 is especially helpful for keeping the system snappy during high-memory tasks.
Pro-Tip: If you can’t get your mouse or keyboard to wake the PC from sleep, you just need to hop into the BIOS "Wake Up Event Setup" and enable "Resume by USB Device." Aside from that minor tweak, this machine runs everything I throw at it within reason. Highly recommended for anyone needing top-tier performance!

Been Shopping Around

Been shopping around for a new Pc for a while;
*Had a 1080 setup since 2016 and it finally died on me recently :/
Wanted something future proof and had a nice 50 Series GPU, found this in stock at best buy
Pros:
- 5070 TI is definably the best pro; as the future proof nature of the Card along with the whole build should last for 8-12 years depending.
- Soft line water cooling; nowadays water cooling is a must, system has clean design
- Fan intakes and exhaust provide good flow, for the most part. (water cooling basically takes over anyways)
- 2 TB SSD is also very nice, however it was a big price increase for something i could find cheaper if I built it personally.
Cons:
For the Price point i expected;
- Better Case, the case is very clean don't get me wrong.
However, with its 270 degree tempered glass design it seems this is where the pre-built was cost cut.
- CPU; the 9 Core 285k is not what I would have picked personally, but it will do for now. Only down side to the power of this beast for future proofing (3-4 Years).
- PRICE; the Price was very steep. I'm a firm believer that I could have found something the same or better for $500 cheaper. Included things like; Mouse, Keyboard, X-Box Game pass, Doom Game, etc, upped the price. but that's the game of buying pre-builts.....
Overall:
4/5 Mainly due to the future proof capability of the rig

I bought the Cyberpower Ultra 9 5070 ti. I was a little hesitant because it was a large purchase for me. I have only had it for 2 days now, but I have 0 regrets! This PC is a beast! It came exactly as advertised and on time. The setup was simply plugging it into the wall and firing it up! If you're looking for a powerhouse of a PC that looks awesome and is nearly SILENT, this is the one. This PC checks every box for me, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Hope this helps someone who was on the fence about it :)

So far very happy. Product was well packed and had no issues unboxing. Keyboard and mouse are standard but I bought some Razer stuff for use. Computer chews up anything I throw at it and works great with both games and professional workbooks.
Lighting is great and its quiet enough. Really appreciate this computer and its a great deal at this price!
I have not used it for 3D modeling I want to do but I dont expect any issues.

High Spec Gaming PC for a decent price

Recently purchased this PC and satisfied with its performance so far. Haven’t encountered any issues playing games such as Delta Force and BeamNG Drive (with ultra-high resolution setting). The fans seem to do a good job at pushing out the heat while playing games (room can get a little warm). Seems quite during normal usage. Fans blast during gaming to keep the PC cool, which is expected. Components inside seem well assembled.
It came with pre-installed software called “ASRRGBLED” that allows us to control the LED color of the case. It is a big tower PC, make sure to check the dimensions. Overall, I think this is a good PC at a decent price.

Excellent desktop choice. Neat features, like the TI graphics card, 64 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD, and a water cooling system. Even more extraordinary slots for IT users. Use an ethernet cable for best experience.
Fast, reliable, can be fixed if bogged down, very easily, and easy to use updates. 6 months in (I think) and still performs very well.

If you’re looking for a high-end gaming PC that’s ready to go right out of the box, the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop is a seriously impressive option. It’s packed with the latest hardware: an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, a whopping 64GB of DDR5 RAM, and NVIDIA’s new RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 16GB of VRAM. In plain English, this means you can play any modern game at ultra settings—even at 4K—and multitask like crazy, whether you’re streaming, editing video, or running a ton of apps at once.
The 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is super fast, so your games and files load almost instantly, and there’s plenty of room for a big game library. The system also comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, so you’re set for fast wireless connections, plus a generous selection of USB ports for all your gear. Liquid cooling keeps things quiet and cool, even when you’re pushing the hardware hard.
Looks-wise, the case is sleek and modern, with customizable RGB lighting that adds a nice touch to any setup. Build quality is solid, and there’s room inside if you ever want to upgrade down the line. You even get a gaming keyboard and mouse in the box, so you can start playing right away.
The main downside is the price—at around $2,650, it’s definitely a premium machine. Also, 64GB of RAM is more than most gamers will ever need, but it’s great if you do creative work or heavy multitasking. And, as with most prebuilt PCs, you don’t get to pick every single component brand.
Overall, if you want a hassle-free, top-of-the-line gaming and creative PC that looks great and will stay relevant for years, this CyberPowerPC is a fantastic choice.
