Got this on a Christmas sale and was well worth it. The build looks nice and the Bios was configured to my liking so it was basically plug and play. The only issue I have is that the front headphone jack port is a little wonky.

This CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme is a beast. The Intel Core i9-14900F paired with 32GB of RAM and the RTX 5070 delivers flawless performance in every game I’ve thrown at it, even on ultra settings. Load times are lightning fast thanks to the 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and multitasking is effortless. It runs smoothly for video editing, streaming, and heavy productivity tasks without breaking a sweat. The build quality is solid, and the RGB lighting adds a nice touch. Ready to go right out of the box, this machine is perfect for gamers and power users who want top-tier performance without hassle. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy with this gaming PC. It runs all my games smoothly and loads fast. I can play popular games like Fortnite and Call of Duty without lag. The graphics look great and everything feels very responsive. The PC was easy to set up. I just plugged it in and it was ready to go. It also stays cool, even when I play for a long time, so the fans don’t get too loud. The design looks nice too — it’s stylish and fits well with my gaming setup. I like that it has plenty of storage for games, videos, and files.

I use Ableton Live and Photoshop, but I haven’t tried video editing yet because it tends to stall or crash sometimes—I believe it's something to do with the Gigabyte VGA driver. Overall, my workflow is mainly uninterrupted, and the applications are on point. I give it a 4 star because I had to systematically install the drivers... installing them all at once caused the machine to crash repeatedly.

Solid computer. It does run into issues as far as power (expandability is limited), but mostly does the job. Definitely feeling the smaller hard drive, though. Will need to upgrade that if you want to do anything real with the pc.

First PC I ever owned and I'm more than satisfied! Everything runs smoothly at high quality, and have zero issues so far! It came with a lot of extra little things, one of them being Arc Raiders and I'm having a blast playing it with this PC! It was totally worth every dollar!

I do digital design for dental using 3Shape Dental System. Bought this PC because it met all the requirements (did upgrade the RAM to 64GB) and my old system was getting a little slow with the latest updates to Dental System. So glad I did! it runs my software so much faster and lets me get more done through ther day. I didn't need all the RGB lights and such, but it is a nice touch, and this was so much less than a system from Alienware or Dell. I would recommend this system for others doing the same type of work and will likely purchase another as my business expands.

Awesome pc, I’ve been running games like expedition 33 that have amazing ultra graphics on 220+ fps with the NVIDIA frame gen and I’ve yet to crash once. Overall I feel like it’s really worth but then again I’ve only had it for around 3 weeks

A good mix of options at a competitive price. The i9-14900f cpu is a great performer, and the rtx5070 is also good. It has only a 750 watt psu, but it should be fine if not adding more components.

    "New" computer or "Refurbished"?

Let me preface this by saying "Once I figured out what was wrong with the tower, I'm a happier customer." I purchased this computer while it was on sale and the sales rep was very nice. I saw the display model and noted the box below it wasn't for the demo model. I asked him if they had any more in stock, and he said "we have one." Excitedly I said "I'll take it!!" He started towards the back, engaged with another associate, went a different direction.. about 10 minutes later he came to me and said "we're getting it now." After 5 more minutes, the box came out from the back.. I checked the label to ensure it was, indeed, the same as the demo model, which it was. I got it home, set it all up, and gleefully started benchmarking it.. it was SO much faster than my previous system that I had been using for 7 years. After some poking around on the web, I left it on and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I was greeted with a frozen screen. Mouse wouldnt move, CTRL+ALT+DEL was non-responsive, so I had to do a hard shut down/restart. This continued to happen at random during the next week.. I called Cyberpower, they had me adjust sleep settings.. I asked them if I needed to do anything with the BIOS and they said "Nothing in the BIOS should cause this (when using factory settings).. couple more days and a few lockups later, I finally decided to visit the BIOS and restore factory settings.. when I hit F10 to save, to my utter shock, it listed all of these settings that would be reverted to factory specs.. of course I continued and since then, the system has run flawlessly. It would seem that all the time Best Buy took to get me my "new" computer (remember, I waited 15 mins total) was likely spent re-boxing a return and ensuring it "looked" new. So I likely received a USED computer that the previous owner tried to overclock with various BIOS tweaks and after he/she couldn't get the system to work optimally returned it.
