In general, it works as advertised. Below I explain why only 4 stars. I like the interface. It is rich and meant to work with many devices, not just this camera. However, it needs some work. In a few words, I have to poke through too many items in order to do what I need to do (even with the shortcuts).

For the price, super happy with this product. Very easy to install.

Not a very wide viewing angle and image quality is low. Do not even try to zoom in. Sensitivity is inconsistent

This camera is really good. The picture quality is much better than expected. I love that once a motion is detected, the video backs up so I don’t miss anything and it continues a few seconds after the motion stops.

It took a 1 hour and 53 minute conversation with a tech to get the camera on line. I bought the camera because my friend has 5 in his 2 houses. One drawback is that I have a skylight in my livingroom, and every time a cloud blocks the sun a message is sent out.

Its works great in my phone, but it can sometimes be choppy ,but for the most part its basically paid for itself in 18 hours. Just proves that you can't trust anybody to break into to your sacred ground so catching them in the act is half the battle.

Worked great for a couple of weeks but it's hard to reconnect, customer service takes forever to get back and you have to have a certain type of Wi-Fi.

I had 2 previous cameras Before I purchased this one set up was very Difficult with this camera very easy set up did I have any problems connecting online to my Wi-Fi easily

The footage is remarkable it captures every movement as soon as theres movement within that moment. Video quality is perfect. I highly recommend this product

I use this camera to set up in the house to watch my Mom who has Alzheimer’s whenI away. It very economical I can watch her from wherever I am and it gives me a piece of mind.

Simple installation and easy to use had no issues. Perfect for monitoring my puppies when I’m away from home. I also installed a 128 gigabytes micro sd card

Purchased this camera to keep an eye on our puppy while we are away from the house.Works great with lots of light but not much quality in the dark.Also needs a close outlet an a memory card to record any video

Camera freezes a lot but could be from a bad WiFi connection. Overall, good product and would recommend. Picture quality is great!

It’s challenging to set up and use. You have to keep the micro chip in it to record anything. He view is wide and it’s hard to record anything.

I purchased this to keep an eye on my Kids I can walk past these cameras 4 feet away from them and the motion sensor won't pick it up. When something triggers the camera's to record, I sometimes wont get a notification about it until 20 minutes later and it's only a few seconds and sometimes about 1 to 2 minutes no more. You can't make it so they record all the time which is what I want I can only recommend if you don't have to be specific about what is recorded

I bought this camera to watch my pets when im not at home. The definition is good and the audio too, I wish it could rotate. Good buy for the price.
