the laptop got to me on time, packaged beautifully and securely. and now that i’ve been using it for a couple weeks i can say i’m happy i bought a refurbished laptop. i haven’t noticed any issues with it except the speakers could be better. the volume is kinda low. but other than that it runs so smoothly and has been able to handle us making music on it without being slow or crashing. and it also looks brand new. love it!!

I just got this computer about 3 weeks and start to love it. I never owned a window computer and plus a refurbish too. I have a little trouble at first because fan coming on and off. My Mac doesn't do that. I emailed Joysystems (Refurbish company) and they response to my request right away. Looks like it is normal when computer got hot the fan coming on. Even though it was a refurbish computer, it looks brand new. I love it so far and I'm glad I moved forward with this Dell computer. The customer services at Joysystems were very fast in responding and told me if I continue to have problem to send back. They will investigate the issues.

This laptop is very lightweight and easy to travel with and works really fast.

Early review indicates no issues starting, connecting, and loading software. Nice to be able to get a decent product at a more competitive price.

It came quick enough, and just like new. I expected it to have 4 usb ports, it has 4 ports, but only 1 usb. It was a good thing Ian quite computer savvy, though, because it came with no documentation, or even a usb for recovery. All in all, I am quite pleased with my purchase,and Best Buy.

Giving 4 stars just because I haven't had it long enough to really dive in. But it seems like new and is working just fine right now. It was packaged securely and arrived as promised. Overall, 5 stars for buying experience.

Perfect for my Grandson who begins college this year. It was priced well within our budget. He uses it for everything and has no complaints about it at all. Great laptop!

The computer is fine but this computer is only 250 I was charged almost twice that and couldn't get a price match.
