(+) My Dell laptop is sexy. Comfortable use, keyboard gives back positive response for speed and accuracy. Good audio, graphics and I love the battery life. Touch screen and back lighting was a requirement for me and to try the new solid state drive. (-) No ten-key. Ten-key typing is innate for me and there is plenty of room on the chassis for it. No dvd/cd-rom, but when was the last time I used one on a laptop = I don't miss it. Yes, it was pricey, but I love my selection. The Best Buy staff was knowledgeable and helped me with my selection and to feel confident that I made the right decision. BTW, I have been an HP owner for years, this is my first Dell (laptop).

I needed to upgrade from my old laptop due to a poor graphics card, the new Dell leaves my older Dell in the dust. With the SSD hard-drive the boot up time is real fast and the overall speed it break neck fast. The 4K display is outstanding.

Was able to pick this up in the open box section and what a deal! Really couldn't be happier with the specs for the price. The 4k display makes this computer an absolute pleasure to use and impossible to look at my older laptop screens again.

Great computer for creators. The only Con I found was battery life is ok and storage is ok not great. Everything else works great.

The good 4k display looks great. Runs a little warm and the battery could last longer but the display makes it worthwhile.

its a nice laptop and handles anything I need to use it for. would have liked the hard drive to be bigger but it is fast.

Purchased for work to replace a desktop and am so pleased with speed, screen resolution, and touchscreen capabilities. It's perfect for work and viewing videos. Overall, great quality and value.

I bought this laptop for my research work which includes lots of computation power to calculate and yield data, process through a lot of microscopic images. This handles all my tasks thrown at it. Pros: Looks good and premium, great processing power, beautiful 4K display, handles PC games quite efficiently. Cons: Ventilation is at the bottom so I would recommend to add some space at the bottom for heat to escape. All in all a great purchase.

Good price , special edition . Latest Intel processor, loaded with ram and video card , solid state drive. Tested with games, worked well and ran math and Linux progarms well.

I was in the market for a laptop after my 2013 Mac Book Pro decided to leave this life. I decide to look into replacing my Mac Book and wasn't impressed with where Apple were going with their latest iterations. I decided on a windows laptop and I haven't been disappointed with my choice of this Dell PC. Powerful and I love the design and performance I have gotten from this device. Definitely deserves a recommendation A+++++

Excellent laptop, screen and keyboard along with good price. Solid build and half the price of XPS 15 and it has a better keyboard and the same 4K screen. Highly recommend.

Solidly built laptop with great performance and aesthetics. The screen quality on this 4K laptop is beautiful. I do occasionally have weird issues such as the touchscreen keyboard ghosting (outline visible but actual keyboard not) and the screen flickering when using a web browser and changing laptop into tablet mode. Other than that the only thing I would change is the SSD to a 1TB or at least a 512GB

Got it open box for 670.00 Awesome 4k screen. Battery doesn’t last long but it was expected. Overall great buy. Best Buy employee was great help.

I purchased the Dell 2 in 1 when I found myself in a pinch while programing the controls of a smart home system. My ASUS that I'd been using for 10 years finally gave up on me right in the middle of start up of the control system. I raced over to BB and looked for the highest GB and fastest processor I could get for under $1,500. This one fit the bill perfectly. It's lighter than other models with the same criteria. The fold down screen is also really nice. It's extremely fast and as of this review, I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the battery lasts 10X longer than my old unit.

This laptop has a high sensitivity to any slight touch or swipe or scrolling activity and as a result, often carries out tasks I don't want it to do. For example - if I'm typing an email and happen to hover the cursor over the Send tab, it might go ahead and send the incomplete email. It frequently moves my emails to Archives or deletes them. "Move this conversation" alerts come up every time I scroll through my emails. It's so frustrating! Also in email, sometimes when I click to open an email message it opens the wrong one, so I try again. The only way to resolve it is to close my email and reopen it. When typing in Microsoft Word, if I touch the tracking pad to move the cursor, it might quickly select and delete an entire paragraph or move it someplace else in the document and I can't find it. I can hit the undo button, of course, but it's very distracting when I'm trying to write! It's also so much heavier than my previous laptop, which was a MacBook Air. Wish I had bought another Mac!

Truly enjoy this computer. It delivers by packing a punch for deep dive computing and very lightweight for mobility. Good price too.

All the components are really nice, it is fast enough for gaming, the screen is perfect. Some newer games can only run at approx. 18fps. The only problem is that the computer gets too hot during gaming, I am afraid that it may burn out some electronics inside.
