I am a semi-pro photographer. I bought this laptop for its great 4K screen, fast i7 processor and 16GB of RAM. I have been using Photoshop, Lightroom, PTGUI and several other photo processing programs, and the speed is very good. My only concern is the smallish SSD, but I keep the bulk of my work on a Drobo backup drive, and only keep the photo shoots I am currently processing on the laptop itself. It looks like the SSD is easily upgraded, so I may do that when it gets full.

Got it as an open box so saved a lot of money and it’s the fastest laptop you can get and amazing graphics.

I own this laptop for almost 1 year now. Overall it is a good laptop. It has a nice video card that produces above the average picture. However performance wise I would give only 3 out of 5 stars. It sometimes freezes in middle of me working on a document for about 5 seconds or while I am browsing the web.

Nice 2 in 1. Display looks great. Very fast and key board feels good. My research paid off.

While traveling (driving 2100 miles one way), our laptop simply stopped with power issues. Desperate to ensure the security or our files and to discover some way to download existing files, we stopped at the Geek Squad for help. I'm typically a discerning, detailed shopper but now feeling pressured into a quick decision without the benefit of doing my homework. The sales staff was helpful but the store did not carry a good variety. Bottom line, I selected this machine, having a few more bells and whistles than I need (or wanted) more out of trusting the sales guy's direction... "this is a wonderful sale item". Now back home, I'm wishing it was not a touch screen, wishing it had more storage for pictures, and tremendously missing the numeric key pad to the right of the keyboard.

Have an excellent performance, great look. The 4k display is one the best in the market.

I have been using this laptop for over a year and I am very happy with it. No issues at all. Still boots up within 30sec and holds up very well. 4K Screen which is really nice and rest of the internals can be upgraded as needed. Only thing I don't like is the keyboard but I use a separate keyboard with Monitor any way so not a big issue for me.

Needed a Win 10 machine that was fast, responsive, had the processing power to handle photo editing and graphics design software, as well as Office programs. This machine fit the bill. It is not ultra light, but is it not bulky. It's light enough to move from location to location, as needed. Does not feel flimsy. A solid, quality machine. It runs quiet and efficiently. Very pleased with this purchase.

This computer handles all my work and games like a breeze. Productivity or games, this PC can handle it. The 2-in-1 feature was something I didn't see myself using, but it has been a huge plus to have. The 4K screen will not let you down - images pop and the movies come alive. I have used this pretty heavily over the last month, and am very glad I chose this over the similar laptops.

super fast sleek, and I love the tablet mode but is hard to select sometimes but maybe I just don’t know how to work the pen. Face recognition is a bonus but seems to only recognize me half the time, but function and durability is amazing I would recommend

Nice, thin and fast. It would have been better a bigger hard drive but its ok!

Overall it does everything I need to run my business and all Microsoft office products run well. One big thing I do hate is the black finish, it leaves fingerprints EVERYWHERE. Wish the finish was silver like my last one and left no prints.

Specs for price paid are hard to beat, performance great so far!

I purchased this laptop for me and my daughter. The computer is very fast and responsive and the picture quality is amazing. I am planning on getting an external DVD and I'll be set. So far so good. Thank you Dell and Best Buy

This computer is excellent for school work using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and web surfing. The screen resolution is spectacular. Thanks to the graphics processor (even though its a low-end one), we're able to use photo and video editing software with no issues. Also, I'm told by my kids, that it works really well on popular video games like Fortnite.

Pros:reasonable pricing for i7,touchscreen,2 in 1 device and it runs smoothly Cons: gets a little noisy sometimes but its manageable,for first few days touchscreen didnt worked properly but after updating softwares it fine

I bought this laptop to use for school. Touchscreen and pen are great for taking notes! Typing up papers and a switching from touchscreen to keyboard is done seamlessly. I also run molecular simulation programs which tend to take up a good chunk of the ECU and RAM but this computer has ample computing power to handle them.

The laptop has many features my old Dell 1725 didn't have. Touch screen, solid state disk, higher speed processor, 16 GB RAM, a higher speed USB port, 3 standard USB ports, built in WIFI, Blue tooth, etc. It does take getting used to, but I'm catching on to the differences. It's also smaller and lighter that my old one.
