Purchased two of these for the average use. Mainly for my kids sense their homework most of the times requires the computer/internet. Had to get updated quite a bit a first. But as long as you stay on top of it, it gets the job done. We love the touch screen feature and that the keyboard and mouse are both wireless. Less cords involved. Its not a bad purchase at all. No complaints.

So far this has been a great computer, I am enjoying the big screen. I would say yes to you if you ask if you should purchase. Great computer.

Starts Up quick and I really enjoy having this touch screen model, it's just like my phone when you touch anything, I really love it.

I love the realistic picture. Movies seem to jump off the screen, almost like a 3D movie

It is a big screen, clean design computer. The keyboard and mouse are both wireless and you can put under your desk. In the beginning, it was very slow for everything and I almost returned it. I think it was busy synchronizing my everything online such as dropbox ( I have a huge one at work). After a few days, it runs very fast ans smooth. I can read the colorful ebooks now.

Purchased this computer after buying another "Dell All In One" four or five years ago. The first one performed flawlessly until a few months ago. Never, ever a problem with it until that time. And, I used it for hours on end on a daily basis. There was no question for me that I was going to buy another Dell "All in One" when it was time to replace the old one and that is what I did. So far, it has performed flawlessly, but if you are thinking of purchasing it, there are a couple things to consider. First off, there is no CD Rom drive. So, if you purchase one, be prepared to buy an external CD Rom drive at the same time. Second, all the USB ports are located directly in the middle behind the easel back. They are hard to get to. How that design was ever even considered is mind-boggling as it is a real pain. I was unaware of these to conditions until I came home and took the computer home and went to use the CD Rom drive and the USB ports. Who would think to ask about them? Would I buy the computer again despite this lack of thought on these two items by Dell? Yes, I would. While they are a pain to deal with, the computer still performs extremely well.

Good product for the kids for school use. We have 2 in high school and 2 in middle school. I wish it were a little faster, but the kids like it and they especially love the touch screen. The ports are difficult to access, which is a hassle. Otherwise, seems to be a good product so far.

I purchased this computer 8 months ago and I really like it..It doesn't take up alot of room on my desk..It has just the right amount of memory and I love the cordless keyboard and mouse..It has a nice size screen.. I haven't had any issues with it.. I would recommend it..

I love having this desktop with everything self-contained. I also like the fact that it is a touch screen. The price was also excellent. The only small drawback is that accessing the USB ports is a little tricky.

I purchased this AIO to replace my tower computer that had just died. I like the style and the fact that this computer takes up no more room than a monitor! I am looking to upgrade this because the only downfall I have is that it is extremely slow! It is quite frustrating at times because I am used to much faster response, but my son told me that he will try to put in some more RAM to help speed up the computer. If this does not work, we will have to try a better processor.

After having a laptop computer for years, with the hard drive going bad, I decided to go with a desktop computer, but didn’t want the tower. This computer is the best of all worlds. The screen is large, and the keyboard is not attached with any cords, nor is the mouse. Perfect when partaking in a seminar or online meeting, with a notebook or binder to reference, simply place the keyboard aside, and it’s perfectly accommodating. Strategy: Spend the few extra dollars to replace the hard drive with solid state, and consider installing this new hard drive, removed, into the older computer, and you now have two working computers for the price of a solid state!

The touch scene is exactly what we needed for our security camera's plus the color is brilliant and very clear. Easy to use and is a very decent price.

Overall the look of this computer is sleek and clean (no wires). The speed is very slow to start up and also to open some applications. The USB ports are in an awkward place if you are using a flash drive. The speakers are good. It does the job but I am a little disappointed.

Love this Dell computer. Have purchased many Dells over the years, but my last purchase was a HP. I will not do that again. This Dell is easy to use, enjoy the huge touch screen, but not happy with a few things. No CD drive, ports are in the back and not very accessible, and a hub/USB drive does not work. Had this computer over 2 months before taking it out of the box due to moving and other personal problems so too late to return or exchange. However, have used it for a month now and I really love it in spite of what I deem "problems".
