I needed a CD-DVD player for my new computer. The sales person knew exactly what i needed. He took me to the player section, gave me the player. My purchase was completed, and i was on my way in 15 minutes.

Works perfectly, and I have no issues at all. A longer cord would be nice, but the cord length is definitely sufficient.

Although I wish my new laptop had a DVD/CD drive, I was happy with this Dell separate player. I think it will serve all my purposes well.

Nowadays laptops and 2-in-1s don’t have CD/DVD/BRD built in, so how do you use those disks? Never fear, Dell is here with this external drive and it works. Period.

This is a basic drive that will do it's job. To save weight and considering everything is going app-based and streaming, laptops don't really come with drives anymore. This drive will allow you to install your older programs without any problems.

My new laptop is a solid state so had to buy this in order to connect to my printer. Wasn't sure I could do it but it connected the two. Glad I bought it!

Bought it so we could watch movies while we were in vacation. It’s a good option and a necessity when your laptop doesn’t have a DVD drive!

I purchased a Microsoft Surface a few months ago which I like very much. I have DVD handling needs and Surface has no drive. This drive fills the need perfectly.

This was first external DVD drive I had bought in a few years. Man, things have changed. It's the size of a DVD case. Just plug it in via USB and it's good to go.

This works surprisingly well. It really is as simple as plugging in the USB and being able to input discs. It's great!
