The DVD drive in my DEL computer stopped working so I needed an inexpensive, quick fix. I plugged it in and loaded the program that came with it and am now up and running again.

With most laptops there is no DVD drive. An external hard drive is a good solution. But since it will be only infrequently used, this product does the job at a good price. It is flimsy and not for heavy users.
