Just what I needed for my computer. Great quality.

Works, and meets the need that it was meant for!!!

It does the job but sometimes takes to long to boot up. Other than that its great for casual use.

Haven't used this yet but my wife seems to like what she has seen.

Over the course of a year, I used this maybe 15 times to make CD mixes for a friend, and I always treated it very carefully, since it seemed kind of fragile. Well, that was all I got out of it - it failed after that. Good thing I got the Geek Squad replacement protection (which it seems like they're not offering any more: not surprising, since it seems like these days smaller electronics are "built to fail". This was my second external drive in a month, when I got it!), so I got store credit I can use to get another. I have to use that, of course - no refunds - but after whenever that one fails, I won't buy from Best Buy again. I am not in the market for electronics that fail almost as soon as you buy them. If I was using it a lot, it wouldn't have lasted me more than a month! That's not Best Buy's fault, of course: it's not their fault that everything is made in the orient and the manufacturers would just as soon have it fail quickly so you have to buy another one of whichever device you've bought quickly. I'm tired of this! And I'm disgusted that you can't get laptops with internal drives in them anymore. I am still using my old Thinkpad - it works great after 5 years and an overhaul and upgrade - but I can't find a replacement internal drive for it.

This comes in handy when you need a DVD player or a burner for your laptop or desktop that doesn't have a drive especially for the newer ones. Works great and have not had any issues with it. Very reliable.

Buying process online and curbside pickup were easy and efficient. DVD drive was easy to hook up, set up, and use. 5 stars for buying process and quality of product.

Have only used it a couple of times so far. Like it better when it is installed in the monitor(more convenient) not always having to hook something up and another piece of equipment sitting out.

This is a great little antenna! I used it for my "bedroom" flat screen, put it up with its form stickies on my window and I get about 20 channels including all the locals.

This pressure cooker with so many other options was everything the reviews said. Only 2 issues is there is no cookbook included (only 2 recipes). I also read in the instruction book not to cook pasta or noodles in the pressure cooker which I did not know. I don't think that applies if you use the slow cooker option.

With laptops not having dvd drives this is convenient.

Really neat product and works well with dell computer

I like this drive it worked well for what I bought it for. My new laptop did not have a cd rom drive that I could load my software with. I bought a windows 11 laptop since my other one would not support it. This drive worked flawlessly and windows 11 found it and installed the driver. It was a very good deal at a good price.

Since laptops seemingly do not come with DVD players I bought this one. It does work after downloading a free player from Microsoft stores.

Works with my Dell Laptop as well as my Surface Pro 3

This drive sometimes has issues when ripping music CD’s and needs to be plugged and unplugged to reset it on occasion. Works well most of the time however. It is cheaply built and won’t withstand a lot of abuse, so be careful with it.

The disc drive reads discs along with being able to burn them, works as intended.

Got this to download some CD based programs onto my new =laptop, which does not have a CD-ROM drive. Worked like a charm. Will also use it for playing CD movies on my laptop. Quite satisfied.

love the slim design of this external DVD player. It works great and is quick loading. Dell product have been purchased by me and other family members for years. If you need an external DVD you will love the slim design and the job it does.

This "tag-along" external, Dell USB DVD/CD Drive is quality in a small package. Just plug and play to see high quality movies, videos and music. Makes an wonderful addition to units without internal drives.
