    this products fits my needs. I bought it based on the pricing as well as brand name (Dell) and its reliability. External drive was kind of flimsy, but it works fine.

    item was plug and play, ther is a software to install to burn CD.s but I only need it to read CDs

    Our computer crashed and we were trying to view senior pictures but the laptop we used didn’t have a disc drive so we used this.
