I was looking for such because of a need to deal with some data and documents I lost.. Found a back up in a hard but my laptop does not have neither CD nor Sd..I resolve the problem

I love my alien laptop. Wasn’t look for a gamer laptop but I’m glad I bought this one. Great for my needs.

Works great with my Dell laptop. Fast burning of media. Fairly quiet when compared to my last external one.

Unable to play this drive. I brought some DVDs from the library. Never got luck to play.

Inexpensive and works as well. If and when it breaks I will simply buy a new one.

Exactly what I needed with my new laptop not having an internal cd drive. Price was right,too!

We needed a new external storage unit that was not bulky. It takes up very little space yet inside there is alot of storage.

Love it I can be watching my tv an my grandson can be watching a movie on my laptop all in the same room.

Out of the box this was easy to use and exactly what I needed. I burned about 7 of the 24 discs I needed and it quit. I took it right back to the store. Bummer. Was great while it lasted but left me in a bind.

Device is not recognized by my HP laptop. Dell support for drivers and live support is non-existent and was told I needed to go to a dell store to get the support I need. the person I spoke to was not coherent and never shut up to listen to the issue I had with the dvd device. Basically I'm stuck with a device that I paid for and cannot use. `Once again Dell fails with customer support.

So far it is working very well. No problems with software either.

Good product for its price range. It works well with both my desktop and laptop. Basically, plug and play. No complaints at this point.

If you're like me, you have a few things you haven't converted to a hard drive/flash drive. There aren't any bells & whistles, in the looks department, but it does the trick.

Great external CD / DVD burner / player. I was able to burn files my older laptop could not burn.
