    missing the DVD drive built in the laptops so having an external DVD drive is a bummer, but this Dell DVD drive worked pretty seamlessley.

    Bought this to rip all my cds after buying a new car. Works as efficiently as any drive that would have preciously been part of the laptop.

    Too bad the laptops do not come with a cd drive. One has to bve purchased separately if you want to load a program!
