||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as a gift for my sister and she was really disappointed, the disc drive had very weak construction and felt flimsy and fragile just touching it, and then it made a horrific, loud noise when we attempted to use it. She was worried it would damage her discs.

Had trouble downloading from the disc.

I was told to bring in my computer and they will help me. After several tyres I finally got the program on so I could use it.

Need instructions.

After a few minutes, it stopped working and I couldn't get it started again. I tried EVERYTHING! It could have been user error, but frustrated, I ended up returning it.

I'm using it to add CDs to my iTunes library and it reads a little slow, but that's ok. I also feel like it's a little too light and flimsy, so I don't know how well it will hold up over time and use.
