Defective, return to the store for a refund. From what I can remember the device didn't work properly.

Worst service and wasted time

Paid for service to download from my computer to a new one from BB. also told them to remove all games and install Firefox...nada nothing done. Paid for Webroot for all computers only can install on 2 of them, no help the BB website assistance for this is virtually useless. Save your money and go elsewhere. Go to Altex

Dud not woeks as described by sales associate and description on store display.I was assured by sale associate this could also be used on cds, it could not. I exchanged it for LG one.

has never worked. Impossible to get service or support from BEST BUY or DELL. It seems Best Buy could care less about any customer who does not spend $500 or more on each visit!!! I guess I will just have to buy a new one and hope that is works!

I purchased the item to watch movies. The install was not user-friendly nor was playing a movie. Avoid buying this product.

Frankly one of my most disappointing purchases. Had to have the Geek squad to install. Got home and after a different computer update, stoppec worming.

Do not use a lot of space when traveling, reliable
