    This SLIM external DVD Drive is excellent and a decent price. Since modern desktop computers don't install a DVD drive, it fits perfectly on my desk.

    Does what it's supposed to. Feels extremely light and fragile like it could easily break. However, I did drop it from desk level, flat, and it still works. So yeah, I recommend it. If you step on or roll on it...it'll most likely crack.

    We bought a HP Envy , it doses not have an INTERNAL CD Drive so we purchased this Dell drive an it is doing just fine ...

    The Dell external drive was very easy to use. Plug and play was perfect. The software it came with is specifically designed for Dell computers, but the drive was detected and drivers installed without any issue on to my Asus.

    Super easy to use. I plugged the USB into both my MacBook Pro and PC and it was immediately identified. Loaded software on one computer and a CD album into iTunes in the Mac. Flawless.

    DVDs and CDs are nearly obsolete, so most modern computers (rightfully so) don't have optical drives of any kind. This is a quiet, plug & play DVD drive/burner for the instance when you need to read or write a CD or DVD on a PC that doesn't have one. I got these at a great price for store pickup and they have worked perfect since. Nice to have on hand.
