Bought two of these and they both perform great for what I use them for. Would buy them again if needed. They are also nice and small, so a person could travel with them if needed.

It's easy to use and portable, with an affordable price. What I like the most is it can play movies on my laptop. My previous drive didn't; it just downloaded the software.

This is a great external DVD. It was was to use and my laptop recognized it right away. The price is also good for this external DVD. With all new laptop being slim and not having internal DVD, this is a great DVD for new slim laptop.

found an old dvd i made when i was a kid but no devices i own have a dvd player so i ran over to best buy to pick up this drive and it was a blast to the past and very much worth the small price, now i feel compelled to try making dvd's just because i can. the program it comes with is super helpful!

Purchased Dell computer without DVD capabilities so ordered this. Works great and was at a great price! Good rating because its new and have not used it very much to date.

I purchased this Dell Drive to work with my Dell 13.5 Inspiron. Inexpensive and fast. I use it to download product software from my camera and it's accessories. Works flawlessly.

Nice inexpensive external dvd drive used on laptop. Drive is small enough to fit in any size case without taking up much room. Able to read or burn cdroms or dvds.

Extremely happy with an external plug in for my viewing CD needs. I am using this as external peripheral with my smart tv to play blue ray and DVD. This comes with a bonus feature of writing as well. Great buy on a deal at Best buy @20 bucks . Can't go wrong with that.

Slim, but very nice and helpful. It also works like a star. One thing I’m not in it is, it’s over priced.
