    Since optical drives are rarely built into desktops or laptops any longer and I enjoy converting my music to digital, I purchased this external drive as the solution. It works well, is quiet and when I am not using it, it fits easily into a drawer of my desk.

    Easy Windows-10 set up... just plug in the USB port and go. I bought this after a disastrous experience on Ebay with a cheap $22 no-name DVD drive. My advice is to spend the extra money on this reliable Dell DVD drive, as it's well worth avoiding aggravation. Ebay does not honor its consumer protection guarantee when the offending company claims that returned merchandise was "used". Avoid Ebay and buy this product instead from Best Buy.
