    The drive was effortless to set up. The software loaded easy. I had troubles with a couple od drives being recognized by my laptop but this one worked right away.

    Since my computer does not have a disk drive, I am thrilled that I can still access my CDs via my Dell USB Slim DVD+/-RW Plug and Play Drive. It is so easy to use and it works great! I had to use the fast forward to find the song I was rehearsing. Many thanks for making such a fine product!

    Love this external drive! Installation was simple. I bought a new desktop computer that unfortunately did not include a disc drive. I shuttered at the thought of buying an external drive. However, it was inexpensive and works great! Easy to use and does not take up a lot of space. Has become one of my favorite devices.
