used to play old games that i had on disks but i no longer have a disk drive on my laptop. works great.

This was exactly what I needed and the correct size to mount on top of my computer without overhang. Installation of software was smooth but somewhat confusing as to what was actually included.

Computers rarely come with DVD/CD players today, and since they're rarely used, it's nice to have a portable DVD/CD player around for when you do need it.

It fits into my Laptop very easily. I use it to read CDs.

It performs as expected. My new laptop does not have a DVD drive, so I needed this to watch movies when I'm off the grid.

With new computers for wife and my I neither has a built in CD/DVD drive. This one works like a charm. Small enough it fits into almost any little space on the desk and doesn't take up much space when my wife wants to take her laptop to family's house to get or drop-off new photos.

Nice little DVD drive. Plugged it into my Dell notebook and away I went. No muss, no fuss, no nothing actually. Totally painless. The drive is powered through the USB connection, so only one cord to connect. Goes about it's job quietly and quickly, which is everything you could ask for in one of these. I haven''t tried burning a DVD yet, but for my use it is great.
