    Exchanged this portable CD/DVD drive for the LG - 8x External Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW SuperMulti Blade Drive in silver to match my silver HP laptop. Like it so much better how the CD inserts inside the drive versus a tray to set the CD on and then close the tray. Very quick and easy to use. Have yet to burn a CD with it. Main use has been for loading programs and music into laptop.

    Does what it’s supposed to. Haven’t had any problems from it. Quickly connects each time it’s plugged in and has a seamless transfer of data files.

    Bought this to replace my internal drive that broke in less than 3 months while waiting for Dell to replace it. Its nicer that the internal one. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a cdrom

    Dell's DVD/CD Read Write accessory works great and with its free easy to load software bundle makes it easy to copy/burn dvd's/cd's or view movies, etc.
