Easy setup and easy to use. Only con is that is a little noisy

Perfect size, connects seamlessly to Dell 2 in 1, works well with software, and does exactly the job I purchased it for.

Bought this for reading my X-ray and CT disks. Seems a little slow for these big data files but otherwise it Does was we need it to do.

So easy to use and carry with me. It is light weight.

Outstanding product that did exactly what I wanted it to. I bought an All-in-One PC from Best Buy as well, and I didn’t realize until I got home that it didn’t have disc drive. This portable disc drive is able to act as a CD/DVD drive for my PC. I’m grateful for this product, for sure.

This drive has worked perfectly for me and reliable played all the movies I have inserted into it. Software installation was quick and easy. I would buy this drive again.

Use the DVD play on a trip with our granddaughters. The device worked very nicely as they enjoyed watching movies by using it. Small, light, easy to take along. A good buy for us.

It plugged in and worked the first time and every time since.

i just plugged it into usb port and laptop started playing cd right away. still working. no problems. haven't tried dvd or writing to it yet, though, just listening to music cd's so far. noticed new cars don't have cd player. hoping when i have to get new car, that this will plug into port and be just as immediately functional.

I've used this external drive with a Latitude 3810 (W10 Pro), an Inspiron 5373 (W10 Home) and an Asus KMA200 (originally W8, upgraded to W10 Home). Plug and play, no performance issues. If you want to use it to watch a DVD movie, you'll need to get VLC or another media player. W10 no longer has an internal DVD player. VLC seems to be the industry norm, and it works will.

Would be a nice computer to upgrade to windows 11 )that has issues) except for all the built in apps, One Drive, Microsoft 365, and many others that have messed up the software I purchased separately such as Office Professional and Quicken as Microsoft builds in their apps for subscriptions after a short time and hard to delete. My last computer was 4 years old Acer All in One and so easy to manage apps and settings.

This external dvd reader/writer has worked well with my Dell laptop running windows 10; plug-n-play and has performed great!
