    It’s for those computers that don’t have a cd slot, plus it’s usb which makes it great to use. Works perfectly

    Excellent add on. Add an external DVD/CD drive to any laptop not equipped to enable continue using CD/DVD features.

    Does what it's supposed to do. Useful for laptops without a drive. Obviously can play CDs or burn audio off the computer.

    I bought this external Dell USB DVD/CD Player/Writer to attach to a new Dell Windows 10 laptop without an internal DVD/CD drive. It was easy to setup on the laptop being recognized automatically and installed by Windows 10. The external drive worked as in the product description. It operates quietly and efficiently. I am pleased with my purchase of this device.

    I got this without realizing it only plays dvd discs and not Blu-ray. So i had to return it unfortunately. But the price was really good and name brand.
