Easy to use - just plugged it in to my laptop and it worked! Nice slim case too so once I was done using it, I just put it back into it's box for storage.

Second writer from same model since my old one was lost. Very good writer, hebce, getting the same model. Purchsased when it was on sale so another good thing.

performs as advertised. ive had it a few months with weekly not daily use. I don't know if it will last a long time or not. it was very inexpensive, so if it craps out, I'll look for a more heavy duty one.

We bought this drive because our computer cd drive broke. The computer doesn’t have internet so we can only copy data from drive and play music. I would like to be able to copy data off the internet to drive and move data. I am not sure if lack of internet is the reason we can’t move data off the computer.

The Dell USB Slim DVD is really very compact, and we like the quick response times. It was less expensive at Best Buy than ordering from Dell website.

Great plug and play external disc drive. I'm able to play my old disc games again with having to digitally download them.

Good product, got the job done. I bought the external DVD drive to use my tax program. It worked well and was very easy to use. Just plug it in and load the disk.
