Have had previous Styles and this one worked just as exepected. This is my first Dell Manufacturer and it started up immediately with smooth action. Good price and then on sale.

Great external DVD-RW Drive. My notebook had no optical drive. This item makes it easy to play my music and videos and install software. Works great!

It’s basically plug & play, did exactly what I needed it to. I haven’t tried to burn a dvd, but it’s been a simple set up so far, should work just fine.

Now that many laptops do not come with a CD/DVD drive, it good to have this tucked away for the times where I need to install a program from a disc or read files.

This is a good value external DVD drive that you can connect to your laptop's USB-A port. Very easy to use. Quality is average and it should last a while as long as you don't drop it on the floor. Includes Media Suite 12 software. A great buy especially if you can get it on sale.

Very easy to use!! It is perfect since computers no longer have a built-in DVD player. I can easily play and burn disks.

I got this for my classroom for the end of the year and it worked great!

I purchased this drive to put favorite CD’s on my computer rather than rebuy them on ITunes. It is a much cheaper option. This has accomplished the purpose for which we purchased it.

I have a great collection of classic rock on vinyl. I still like to listen to CDs in my truck and can transfer that music to my desk top dell and burn to a CD with this player/writer. Most newer PCs and computers don't have a DVD drive anymore so this is a great solution to play or record some of your older media. Great performance and price. Plug in, load the software and you are good to go

Very nice external drive. My daughter needed it for her Animation work. Easy to set up and use.

Works as advertised, and I have had no issues with it. It takes up very little space.

I used this to copy all of my audio cd’s onto my new computer. It copied everything perfectly, even some old discs that wouldn’t play in anything else

Previous DVD burner (different company) failed one too many times - replaced with this Dell and have had no problems since. Quiet, and works with both +W and +RW disks.

Purchased for a Gaming Computer which didn't have one. I into Flight Simulators and need to Add Computer Programs Ect. to my Computer. This DVD Write looks and works Great.

Works with no issues, I've used with Windows 10, MacOSX but primarily on Linux and no issues.

Having bought a new Dell 2 in 1 computer I needed a DVD drive to load programs onto my computer. Being in a slow internet zone downloading software is a very slow process and this made the task very easy.
